The military has been consistently using hate speech as a tool to keep their power longer throughout the history of the country. Since the coup, the Myanmar military and its supporters have been spreading religious hate speeches targeting ethnic minorities and religious minorities to make division, disunion and weaken the revolutionary forces, and to deviate public attention from the coup, oppression of people, and failure of the military in the battlefield. The junta has been disseminating its ideology by means of hate speech throughout its administration in history. As the military faces many failures in the battlefield of Rakhine State, the military disseminates more hate speeches through both online and print media, which could lead to conflicts between Rakhine and Rohingya. It is also found that fake news was circulated to create fear among the public that the country is in danger as some people were trying to demolish the 1982 citizenship laws.

The junta and its supporters are circulating hate speeches in various ways, via both online and printed media, to make the public misunderstand revolution forces activists.

The objective of BHRN monthly report is to monitor and analysis the sources of hate speech, circulated by the military and its supporters. BHRN documented a total of 61 hate speech cases in the month of June 2024.

As hate speech is a term that comes from emotion, there is a wide spectrum in defining it, not a specific one. BHRN, therefore, standardized the definition of hate speech for this report as follows. Hate speech in this report means aggressiveness and hatred against protected characteristics of a person or a group, blaming, discriminative expression, writing, gesture, or art expression of excoriation, or dehumanization.

It means attacking someone’s faith, language, gender, sexual orientation, origin, ethnicity, skin colour, race, belief, citizenship and physical appearance. The monitored hate speeches were categorised as (1) Criminalising Hate Speech, (2) Abusive Hate Speech, (3) Dehumanizing Hate Speech, (4) Violence Inciting Hate Speech, (5) Threatening Hate Speech, and (6) Hate Speech that supports prejudicial actions inspired by hate speech.

BHRN has daily documented hate speech terms and usages found in the contents –based on the current political crisis - disseminated by the military.



This report was written after monitoring both online and printed media which Junta and its supporters used to spread their hate speeches. BHRN has monitored 4 Facebook groups, 18 Facebook Accounts, 18 TikTok Accounts, 17 Telegram Channels and 4 Printed Media during May 2024.

Junta’s Propagative Methodology

The Myanmar junta is using hate speech to boost its propaganda mechanism. The propagative mechanism includes repeating something again and again, dominating mentality, deception and manipulating data. By using those techniques, the Myanmar junta is creating narratives that could promote their image as “the protector of the nation and the religion” and “the promotor of harmony”. Moreover, AA accused the Rohingya as the traitors of the nation.

The junta is using hate speech to stimulate serious emotions such as aggressiveness, fear and indignation. The junta is using those emotions to create hatred against its targeted area and organizations by means of fabricated cases and distortive information. This can lead to giving up and disunion among revolutionists.

This disunion will lead to a situation in which people focus on raising questions and blaming each other in the community rather than focusing on fighting against persecuted policies of the military.

Context of misinformation as hate speech

In this report, BHRN has analysed hate speech in the context of the ongoing political tensions in Myanmar. Sometimes, when measured by international standards, what might look like misinformation takes on a different significance in the aftermath of the 2021 coup. This is because misinformation, particularly when aimed at individuals, groups with opposing political beliefs, or minority religious communities, can have severe consequences, even leading to loss of life and the intensification of religious and community conflicts.

Hate speech in Myanmar's current political climate is more than just false information; it can be a catalyst for very real and harmful outcomes, especially in the post-coup environment. Understanding this complex relationship between hate speech, misinformation, and their tangible impacts is crucial for grasping the region's broader social, political, and intergroup dynamics.

A total of 61 hate speech cases were found during BHRN’s monitoring process this month. When Facebook accounts were disabled, some created new accounts and some moved to Telegram channels. The military mainly used Telegram channels to spread hate speeches and the hate speeches were done through the cartoons more in this month.

Hate Speech Targets and Usages

In this month’s (the month of June) monitoring, hate speech targeted the most was the Arakan Army (AA) and the second most was PDF and women and the third was the Muslim community. Moreover, hate speeches targeting NUG and Rohingya people were found as well.



In addition, the most used terms of hate speeches for this month are "dog, terrorists, kelwar (a word that refers to dog in Rakhine State) and Mutkalar (an abusive word referring Muslim community).”

Hate Speeches targeting U Aung Kyaw Moe, the deputy Human Rights Minister of the National Unity Government

When U Aung Kyaw Moe, the Deputy Minister of the Human Rights Ministry of the National Unity Government, questioned the Arkan Army for issuing a letter saying the residents to leave the Maungdaw Township, he commented as “NUG appointed a stupid person as a minister”, “Rohingya have to go back to their countries” and “the minister is selfish”. Moreover, he got responses as “U Aung Kyaw Moe should resign from NUG”, “He was born from a lacerated condom”, “He is a mendicant”, and “He is shameless” and he got compared to the animals. The Dehumanizing Hate Speech and Criminalizing Hate Speech were used in the post.

Hate Speech Targeting to Arakan Army

A pro-military telegram channel named as Khit Thit Myanmar posted that “AA soldiers are running away from villages in Pauktaw and Ponnarkyun townships of Rakhine State, where there are clashes between military and terrorists AA. They are running like people run in running competitions.” That post used Dehumanizing Hate Speech because AA was compared to dogs in that post.

A pro-military channel named as “Mahuyar Mwayhauk” posted a photo of PDF woman fighter and the caption “mother’s beautiful daughters who are performing designated duties even though they were like queens in their home back.” The channel mentioned that these PDF women are getting sexual insulants in the PDF’s places. That post used Abusive Hate Speech against women.

Hate Speeches targeting Muslim and Rohingya communities

A pro-military channel named as “Sis Thadin” posted that around 200 people including Muslim revolutionary soldiers have attended EID celebration in western Demoso Township of Karenni State. In that news, it was found that Muslims were referred as dogs and revolutionary soldiers were referred as terrorists. Moreover, as Daw Aung Sann Suu Kyi is a Muslim supporter and her followers are also Muslim supporters. Daw Aung Sann Suu Kyi herself is a Muslim. In that news, the term Muslim was used as “Kalar” and Daw Aung Sann Suu Kyi was used as “Daw Su Kyi.”

A pro-military ultra-national activist, Naung Taw Lay, posted a video on Myanmar National Post saying that “the National Unity Government has issued a statement that they have met with United Nations Higher Commissioner for Human Rights to discuss Rohingya Muslim and other minorities rights. NUG has become an organization that is selling the country. NUG member, U Aung Myo Min, created a ministry called the Human Rights Ministry which never existed before and appointed a Rohingya as the Deputy Minister of that Ministry.” In that video, Naung Taw Lay criminalized NUG as the absconder, fugitive, state destroyer and profit maker by a fake ethnic name. Moreover, Rohingyas were referred as a Fake Ethnic. That post used Criminalizing Hate Speech.

“CRPH/NUG promote populist ideologies such as demolishing 1982 citizenship laws and introducing a new one that would legitimize illegal Bangali as an indigenous ethnic group.” NLD government has been demolishing the laws that are essential to the country and the MaBaTha organization that is working for nationalism. Moreover, they have done “allowing illegal Bangali to repatriate in the country rather than putting them in Jails.”

At this time, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has been struggling to covert Rakkhine State into Bangali’s land under the name of Human Rights by keeping the United Nations in their pocket, by implementing the Islamic Belt Road Project and by the explosion of population in Bangladesh. NUG stands with Rohingya and goes against the AA in Rakhine – Rohingya crisis. Daw Aung Sann Suu Kyi has declared, in all of her Europe trips, that the citizenship law needs to be amended because it has prevented Rohingya from being citizens. NUG is using the term Rohingya openly even the NLD administration did not use it.

In this month’s monitoring, it is found that pro-military channels continuously propagate that NUG has been seriously trying to demolish the 1982 citizenship law so that the Rohingyas become citizens and the country is to be under the control of Muslim countries. It was also propagated that NUG takes sides with Rohingya and goes against AA in the Rakhine – Rohingya Crisis especially when the conflict between Rakhine and Rohingya arises. Another propagation from military supporters is that AA has been killing Rohingyas. Based on the news that Muslim revolutionary forces celebrated EID, it was stimulated to kill all the Muslims living in Shwetaung, Dawookhu, Zaypine and Kyithar quarters in Karen State. In addition, hate speeches were found including from members of parliament (MP) of NLD on U Aung Kyaw Moe for raising questions to the Arakan Army.

NUG’s idea to demolish 1982 citizenship law – National Unity Consultative Council's second conference was held in the second week of April 2024. After the conference, NUCC and NUG issued statements to follow the federal democracy covenant. There are four points related to Human Rights in that statement. Those all four points showed their willingness for the Bengali issue in Rakhine State. Especially among them, there was a point to demolish 1982 citizenship law that prevented foreigners from becoming citizens and to control the country.

Actually, the 1982 citizenship law is not to prevent illegal Bangali in western Myanmar from being citizens. It was meant to prevent all foreigners from the southern east and northern west and all around. That law was activated after demolishing 1948 Union citizen law that was introduced in the time of independence. The law was made by many lawyers and agreed by all the people.

Prioritizing Human Rights

Even though Bangali and NUG are accusing the 1982 citizenship law is against human rights standards, that law was introduced by observing all the situations and history of Myanmar. At that time, General Ne Win gave a speech in which he said “In reality, it is impossible to deport all illegal immigrants who came from other countries. We have humanity and we created a place for them in law, that is neutral citizens. 

They came to us and decided to live here for livelong. So we allow them to live, work and earn, but we cannot allow them to make us harm. So we put some restrictions. They can live here but they cannot participate in the state’s roles. If they fail to perform their designated duties, our country could be in danger. 

Blood is Based

During the first parliament of the USDP government, the immigration minister of that time said in a discussion in New York that “we had English – Myanmar war in 1824 and there were no foreigners before that war. Rakhine state fell under British Colonial in 1824 English – Myanmar war. Foreigner Bangali started migrating to Rakhine State from that time. Over 100 years, the number of illegal migrants were ultimately increased. When the independent government came into existence after the independence, the government had the option between 1982 citizenship law and 1948 union citizen law. As everyone knows, the British Empire was the empire on which the sun never sets, they do not consider any blood relationship. A citizen can be anyone whether that one is blood-related or not. That is why the 1982 citizenship law is based on blood. No one can be a citizen as long as he does not relate to the blood of our citizen”.

Bangali Issue is Prioritized

In reality, 1982 citizenship law is to maintain the race for long. CRPH and NUG has been using populist human rights ideology and trying to demolish the law so that the illegal Bangali can be citizens and be among the ethnic groups. NLD government that later produced NUG had demolished laws that were necessary to the state. NLD had introduced laws that favored Kalar people. 

The Danger for the State

NUG has already stated Rohingya Issue on June 3, 2021. In that statement, they used the term Rohingya openly which the people of Myanmar do not use. In that statement, it is said that there is no need for a national scrutiny card, everyone who is in line with citizen laws must be a citizen. Everyone must have the rights equally. The statement also said that all the laws including 1982 citizenship law must be abolished. The 1982 citizenship law prevents Rohingya from being citizens rather than being an ethnic group. They also accused that this law is against human rights standards and norms. 

In conclusion, 1982 citizenship aims not only for Rohingya but also all the illegal migrants from the southern east, northern west and all around Myanmar. It is proved that CRPH and NUG are dangerous for the country as they are trying to abolish 1982 citizenship law and legitimize the illegal migrants.

Rakhine Nation Dream that would destroy not only Rakhine state but also the Union

The Arakan Army said that there must be only one army in Rakhine State and they do not follow that rule in Chin State. In an interview of Arakan Army leader Tun Myat Naing with VOA, he said that they have built a good relationship with Chin and there are collaborations on the ground as well. However, the opposition of chin on AA has increased. Khumi National Organization has issued a statement that AA must stop Human Rights Violations against Chin people in Palatwa Township of Chin State. In that statement, it is mentioned that AA has been perpetrating arbitrary arrest, torture, killing, child rape and drugs distributions against the Chin people. Another organization called Chinland Council has issued a statement on June 10, saying that AA must stop forced recruitment and administration in Chin State.

There are five armies in Chin State and only one army is with AA and the other two Chin armies are against them. It is to rethink of their saying that they have good relations with Chin. 

The Political Vision of the Arakan Army

In an interview with VOA, AA has said that their vision is confederation and they will not ask for it but they will fight for it. It is obvious that their minimum dream is confederation and their maximum dream is building a separate nation. It is very necessary to be careful that their dreams could end up as the Arakanistan country. 

Rakhine Land where Bangali live

Bangali has come to Myanmar, a state of India at that time, under British colonial rule and they are asking for human rights now. This is not a normal human rights issue because their target is to colonize the Rakhine state. All the administrations throughout history failed to deport illegal migrants. Nowadays, OIC is trying to colonize the Rakhine State by building the Islamic Belt Road, the explosion of population in Bangladesh and keeping the United Nations in their pockets. AA leaders must know that many young Rakhine people died in battles and Rohingya population will swallow the Rakhine population. 

NUG, NLD and Bangali

NUG stands with Rohingya and goes against AA in Rakhine – Rohingya conflict. Even before Daw Aung Sann Suu Kyi won the election, she already said that citizenship law must be in line with international standards and norms in her Europe trip, so that Bangali can become a citizen. During her administration, she organized the Kofi Anan Commission and it gave 88 recommendations including the point to amend the citizen law to be in line with international standards and norms. Moreover, she said that this problem has started since “centuries ago” during her talk at the ICJ. That meant Rohingya existed since the Bagan era.

Trouble of People in Rakhine State. 

In a press conference, General Zaw Min Tun responded “we are worried that Rakhine people might get into trouble” to the question about AA aggression.

AA Predicament

All the organizations that used to support AA has now become opposed of AA after the Buthidaung firing case. AA situation has changed overnight from being a revolutionary army to a terrorist army even in the view of the United States and the United Nations. AA will face the power of OIC and U.S. after they start their administration in the state. That’s why AA dream is a danger that would lead to the collapse the union at the end.

လူသားတစ်ဦး၏ ကိုးကွယ်မှု၊ ဘာသာစကား၊ လိင်၊ လိင်စိတ်ခံယူမှု၊ နိုင်ငံသားဇာစ်မြစ်၊ တိုင်းရင်းသားဖြစ်မှု၊ အသားအရောင်၊ လူမျိုး၊ ယုံကြည်မှု၊ နိုင်ငံသားဖြစ်မှု၊ အသားအရောင်၊ ရုပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အသွင်အပြင်များ စသည့် မွေးရာပါအခွင့်အရေးများကို ထိခိုက်ပြောဆိုခြင်းတို့ကိုဆိုလိုပါသည်။ တွေ့ရှိသည့် အမုန်းစကား များကို အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ပြန်လည်ခွဲခြားပါသည်။ အပြစ်သားများအဖြစ် ပုံဖော်ရေးသားသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၊ နိုင့်ထက်စီးနင်းပြောဆိုသည့်အမုန်းစကားများ၊ လူအဖြစ်မှ နှိမ့်ချဆက်ဆံသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၊ ဆူပူအကြမ်းဖက်မှုကိုအားပေးသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်မှုအဖြစ် ပုံဖော်ရေး သားသည့်အမုန်းစကားများ၊ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုနှင့် အမုန်းစကားကြောင့် ကျူးလွန်သည့် လုပ်ရပ်များကို ဂုဏ်ယူစရာအဖြစ်ရေးသားသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ စသည်တို့ဖြင့် အမျိူးအစားခွဲခြားထားပါသည်။

BHRN သည် လက်ရှိမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသည့် နိုင်ငံရေးစစ်ရေးတင်းမာမှုများဖြစ်ပေါ်နေချိန်တွင် စစ်တပ်နှင့် ၎င်း၏ ဝါဒဖြန့်ချန်နယ်များမှ ဖြန့်ဝေနေသည့် သတင်းအကြောင်းအရာများတွင် ပါဝင်သည့် အမုန်းစကားအသုံးအနှုန်းများကို နေ့စဥ်လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားပါသည်။

အမုန်းစကားများ ဖြန့်ဝေရန်အတွက် စစ်အစိုးရနှင့် ထောက်ခံသူများ အသုံးပြုနေသည့် အွန်လိုင်းနှင့် ပုံနှိပ်မီဒီယာတို့ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်းဖြင့် ဤအစီရင်ခံစာကို စုစည်းထားပါသည်။ အထူးသဖြင့် BHRN သည် 2024ခုနှစ် ဇွန်လတွင် Facebook gp ၄ ခု၊ Facebook အကောင့် ၁၈ ခု၊ Telegram Channels ၁၇ ခု နှင့် Printed Media ၄ ခုကို နေ့စဉ် စောင့်ကြည့်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြန့်မှုနည်းနာများ

စစ်ကောင်စီသည် အမုန်းစကားများကို အသုံးချ၍ ဝါဒဖြန့်ခြင်းသည် ၎င်းတို့၏ ဝါဒဖြန့်မှုကို ထိထိရောက်ရောက် အသုံးပြုလျက်ရှိသည်။ ထိုဝါဒဖြန့်နည်းလမ်းများတွင် ထပ်ခါတလဲလဲပြောဆို ရေးသားခြင်း၊ စိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ကြိုးကိုင်ခြယ်လှယ်ခြင်း၊ လှည့်စားခြင်းနှင့် အချက်အလက်များကို ကောက်နှုတ်ရွေးချယ်တင်ပြခြင်းတို့ ပါဝင်သည်။ ထိုနည်းလမ်းများကို ကျင့်သုံးခြင်းဖြင့် အာဏာရှင်စစ်တပ်သည် ၎င်းတို့၏ အတွေးအခေါ်ကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးသည့် ဇာတ်ကြောင်းများကို ဖန်တီးကာ “တိုင်းပြည်အား မပြိုကွဲအောင် ကာကွယ်ပေးနေသူများအဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း၊ အမျိုးဘာသာ သာသနာအား စောင့်ရှောက်သူများအဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း၊ သဟဇာတဖြစ်အောင်ဖော်ဆောင်နေသူများ အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း ပုံဖော်ထားကြသည်။ ထို့ပြင် AA ရခိုင့်တပ်မတော်မှ ရိုဟင်ဂျာများအား တိုင်းပြည်သစ္စာဖောက်များအဖြစ် ပုံဖော်ရေးသားထားမှုများကို တွေ့ရှိရပါသည်။

အမုန်းစကားများကို အသုံးပြု၍ စိတ်အလိုမကျမှု၊ ဒေါသဖြစ်မှု၊ ကြောက်ရွံ့မှု သို့မဟုတ် နာကြည်းမှု ကဲ့သို့သော ပြင်းထန်သော စိတ်ခံစားမှုများကို လှုံ့ဆော်ပေးသည့် ဝါဒဖြန့်ဖြန့်ကျက်မှုကို အသုံးပြုလျက် ရှိသည်။ စစ်အစိုးရသည် ပစ်မှတ်ထားသော နယ်မြေများ၊ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် စွပ်စွဲထားသော ဖြစ်ရပ်များ သို့မဟုတ် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို ပုံဖျက်ထားသည့် ဖြစ်ရပ်များကို အဆိုပါ စိတ်ခံစားမှုများကို အသုံးချပြီး ပြည်သူများအကြားရောက်ရှိအောင် ဖြန့်ဝေသည့်နည်းကို အသုံးပြုသည်။ ထိုသို့ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းဖြင့် ပြည်သူများသည် တော်လှန်ရေးအပေါ် စိတ်လျော့ခြင်း၊ အချင်းချင်းစိတ်ဝမ်းကွဲမှုများကို ပိုမိုဖြစ်ပေါ်စေနိုင်သည်။

ထိုသို့ အချင်းချင်းအကြား စိတ်ဝမ်းကွဲမှုများဖြစ်ပေါ်သည့်အခါ လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းသည် စစ်တပ်၏ ဖိနှိပ်ချုပ်ချယ် သောမူဝါဒများကို အပြစ်တင်ခြင်း၊ မေးခွန်းထုတ်ခြင်းဘက်သို့ အာရုံမရတော့ပဲ လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းအကြား အချင်းချင်း မေးခွန်းထုတ်ခြင်း၊ စိတ်ပျက်မှုများဖြစ်ပေါ်ခြင်းနှင့် နာကြည်းမှုများဖြစ်ပေါ်ခြင်းတို့ကို ဖြစ်ပေါ် စေသည်။

      BHRN ၏ ယခုလလေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်မှုတွင် အမုန်းစကားအရေအတွက် ( ၆၁ ) ခုကိုတွေ့ရှိခဲ့သည်။ အမုန်းစကားဖြန့်ဝေသူများသည် Facebook Account များပျက်ပါက အကောင့်သစ်များဖွင့်ခြင်းနှင့် Telegram channel များကို အသုံးပြုကြသည်။ ထို့အပြင် စစ်ကောင်စီသည် ၎င်းတို့၏ ဝါဒဖြန့်ဝေမှုအား Telegram channel များကို အဓိကထားအသုံးပြုပြီး အမုန်းစကားများကို ကာတွန်းများဖြင့် ဖော်ပြမှုများလည်းရှိသည်။

အမုန်းစကားဦးတည်ပစ်မှတ်များနှင့် အသုံးအနှုန်းများ

  ဇွန်လ လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်မှုတွင် တွေ့ရှိရသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၏ ဦးတည်ပစ်မှတ်များမှ ယခုတွေ့ရှိမှုတွင် အမုန်းစကားဦးတည် တိုက်ခိုက်ခံရမှု အများဆုံးမှာ  ရခိုင့်တပ်မတော်(AA) ဖြစ်ပြီး ဒုတိယတိုက်ခိုက်မှုအများဆုံးမှာ PDF နှင့် အမျိုးသမီးများ ကို ဦးတည်တိုက်ခိုက်သည့် အမုန်းစကားများဖြစ်ပြီး တတိယ အများဆုံးမှာ အစ္စလာမ်ဘာသာဝင်များအပေါ် ရေးသားပြောဆိုကြသည့် အမုန်းစကား တို့ဖြစ်သည်။ ထို့ပြင် NUG နှင့် ရိုဟင်ဂျာလူမျိုးများ အပေါ် ဦးတည်တိုက်ခိုက်သည့် အမုန်းစကားများကိုလည်း တွေ့ရှိရသည်။

      ထို့ပြင် ယခုလတွင် အမုန်းစကား များတွင် အသုံးအများဆုံးအသုံးအနှုန်းများမှာ ခွေး ၊ အကြမ်းဖက်၊ ခဲဝါ(ခွေးအ)၊ မွတ်ကုလား တို့ ဖြစ်သည်။ 

အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဦးအောင်ကျော်မိုးအား တိုက်ခိုက်သည့်အမုန်းစကားများ

မောင်တောမြို့နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ကြိုတင်အသိပေးခြင်းနှင့် အရေးပေါ်ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်နှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး ဦးအောင်ကျော်မိုးမှ ရိုဟင်ဂျာများနှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး AA အပေါ် မေးခွန်းထုတ်ရေးသားမှုနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ NUG အစိုးရအနေဖြင့် အတွေးအခေါ်မရှိသည့် သူကို ဝန်ကြီးခန့်ထားသည်ဟုလည်းကောင်း၊ ရိုဟင်ဂျာများသည် ကိုယ့်နိုင်ငံကိုပြန် ရမည်ဟုလည်းကောင်း၊ ဝန်ကြီးသည် တစ်ကိုယ်ကောင်းဆန်သူအဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း မှတ်ချက်ပြုရေးသားကြသည်။ ထို့ပြင် ဦးအောင်ကျော်မိုးသည် NUG မှနှုတ်ထွက်သင့်ကြောင်း၊ ဦးနှောက်မရှိသူအဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း၊ အသိတရားနည်းသူအဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကွန်ဒုံးပေါက်ပြီး မွေးလာသူဟုလည်းကောင်း၊ တောင်းစားသူအဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း၊ အရှက်မရှိသူအဖြစ် လည်းကောင်း၊ တိရိစ္ဆာန်များဖြင့် ခိုင်းနှိုင်း၍လည်းကောင်း လူ့အဖြစ်မှနှိမ့်ချသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၊ အပြစ်သားအဖြစ် ပုံဖော်သည့်အမုန်းစကား များဖြင့် ၎င်းပို့စ်၏ မှတ်ချက်တွင် ဝင်ရောက်ရေးသားထားကြသည်။

AAအပေါ် ဦးတည်တိုက်ခိုက်သည့် အမုန်းစကားများ

ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ် ပေါက်တောနှင့် ပုဏ္ဏားကျွန်းဘက်တွင် အကြမ်းဖက် AA စခန်းရှိသည့် ရွာအချို့တွင် စစ်ကောင်စီနှင့်တိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်ပြီး ရွာများမှ အပြေးပြိုင်ပွဲ လုပ်နေသကဲ့သို့ ထွက်ပြေးနေတယ်ဟု ရေးသားထားသည်။ ထိုရေးသားမှုတွင် AA တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များဟု ခွေးအဖြစ်ခိုင်းနှိုင်းထားပြီး လူအဖြစ်မှ နှိမ့်ချသည့် အမုန်းစကားကို Khit Thit Myanmar တယ်လီဂရမ်ချန်နယ်မှ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ မူရင်းပို့စ် Khit Thit Myanmar

ယနေ့ကာလသည် ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံ၏ လူဦးရေပေါက်ကွဲမှု၊ အိုအိုင်စီအဖွဲ့၏ အစ္စလာမ်မစ်ခါးပတ်လမ်းကြောင်း စီမံချက်တို့ ပေါင်းစုံပြီး အိုအိုင်စီအဖွဲ့သည် ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ကို အိတ်ထဲထည့်ကာ ရခိုင်မြေကို ဘင်္ဂါလီမြေအဖြစ် တရားဝင် သိမ်းယူရေးကို လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ခေါင်းစဉ်တပ်ပြီး လုပ်ဆောင်နေချိန်ဖြစ်သည်။ AA နှင့် ရိုဟင်ဂျာပြသနာတွင် NUG သည် ရိုဟင်ဂျာဘက်မှာ ရပ်တည်ကာ AA ကိုဆန့်ကျင်ခဲ့သည်။ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်၏ ဥရောပနိုင်ငံများ ခရီးစဉ်တွင် ရိုဟင်ဂျာများနိုင်ငံသားဖြစ်ရေးကို အတားအဆီးဖြစ်နေသည့် နိုင်ငံသား ဥပဒေကို ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ပြင်ဆင်မည်ဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ NLD လက်ထက်ကပင် မသုံးနှုန်းခဲ့သည့် ရိုဟင်ဂျာ အမည်ကို NUG က တွင်တွင်ကျယ်ကျယ်အသုံးပြုလာပါသည်။ NUG လူ့အခွင့် အရေး ဒုဝန်ကြီးခန့်ခဲ့သည်ဟု ဖော်ပြထားသည့်ဆောင်ပါးကို စစ်ငြိမ်းမှရေးသားပြီး Bullet News Journal Vol(6),No.16,စာမျက်နှာ C တွင် ဖော်ထားသည်။

NUGအစိုးရအဖွဲ့သည် တရားဝင်အစိုးရဟုဆိုကာ ခုချိန်ထိတောင်းစားနေရပြီး PDFများ ငရဲပြည်သွားအောင် လုပ်နေပြီး အရှက်မရှိသည့်အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့ဟုဖော်ပြထားပြီး ထိုကာတွန်းတွင် NUG အဖွဲ့အား နိုင့်ထက်စီးနင်းပြောထားသည့်အမုန်းစကားအား ကာတွန်းဖြင့်ဖော်ပြီး ဟန်ငြိမ်းဦး အမည်ရှိ တယ်လီဂရမ် Channel မှ မေလ ၁၁ ရက်နေ့တွင် ရေးသားဖော်ပြထားသည်ကို တွေ့ရှိခဲ့ရပါသည်။ မူရင်းပို့စ်

အသိဉာဏ်ရှိသည့် မိဘများသည် NUG/PDF မှ ဖွင့်သည့်ကျောင်းများတွင်မထားပဲ ၎င်းတို့၏ သားသမီးများ ကို နစက မှဖွင့်သည့် အခမဲ့ပညာရေးကျောင်းတွင် အပ်နှံကြသည်ဟုဆိုကာ ကာတွန်းတွင် NUG စာသင် ကျောင်းတွင် NUG, PDF အား လူအဖြစ်မှ နှိမ့်ချပြီး ခွေးဖြင့်ခိုင်းနှိုင်းရေးသားထားမှုကို ဟန်ငြိမ်းဦး တယ်လီဂရမ်ချန်နယ်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။ မူရင်းပို့စ်

ယခုလတွင် စစ်တပ်မှ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဝါဒဖြန့်နေသည့် ချန်နယ်များ၌ ၁၉၈၂ နိုင်ငံသားဥပဒေဖျက်သိမ်းရေးကို ဆောင်ရွက်မှုသည် နိုင်ငံအား မွတ်စလင်ဩဇာခံနိုင်ငံဖြစ်ရေး၊ ရိုဟင်ဂျာများကို နိုင်ငံသားပေးခွင့်ရရေးတို့အတွက် NUG မှ တစိုက်မတ်မတ် ကြိုးပမ်းနေသည်ဟု စွပ်စွဲရေးသားမှုများကို တွေ့ရှိရသည်။ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်တွင် ရခိုင်လူမျိုးများနှင့် ရိုဟင်ဂျာလူမျိုးများအကြား သဘောထားကွဲလွဲမှုများဖြ‌စ်‌ပေါ်နေမှုကိုအခြေခံပြီး NUG အစိုးရသည် ရိုဟင်ဂျာများဘက်မှရပ်တည်ကာ AA ကို ထိုးနှက်မှုများပြုလုပ်သည်ဟု ဝါဒဖြန့်သလို တဖက်တွင်လည်း AA တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များသည် ရိုဟင်ဂျာများကို သတ်ဖြတ်မှုများကျူးလွန်နေသည်ဟု ဝါဒဖြန့်မှုများကိုလည်း ပြုလုပ်လာသည်။ ထို့ပြင် တော်လှန်ရေးတွင် ပါဝင်နေသည့် မွတ်စလင် ရဲဘော်များ၏ အီးဒ်ပွဲတော်ကျင်းပနေမှုနှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး ကရင်နီပြည်နယ်ရှိ ရွှေတောင်၊ ဒေါဥခူ၊ စျေးပိုင်းနှင့် ကြည်သာရပ်ကွက်တို့ရှိ မွတ်စလင်များအားလုံးကို ရှင်းလင်းရန် လှုံ့ဆော်လာမှုကို တွေ့ရှိရသည်။ ထို့ပြင် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဒုဝန်ကြီး ဦးအောင်ကျော်မိုး၏ ရိုဟင်ဂျာအရေးနှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး AA အဖွဲ့အား မေးခွန်းထုတ်မှုအပေါ် NLD လွှတ်တော်အမတ်အပါအဝင် အမုန်းစကားများဖြင့် တိုက်ခိုက်မှုကို တွေ့ရှိရသည်။ AA တပ်တော်၊ NUG အစိုးရနှင့် ရိုဟင်ဂျာလူမျိုး အုပ်စု ၃စုကြားတွင် သဟဇာတဖြစ်မှု ပျက်ပြားစေရန် အမုန်းစကားဖြန့်ဝေမှုများကိုတွေ့ရသည်။
