April 2023
Our Digital Membership cards launched last week. Check your email for a letter with links to membership cards for each family member. Digital membership cards will allow you to show proof of membership when using either the ASTC or ACM reciprocity benefits at other institutions. As always, please contact the museum you wish to visit directly to determine the exact benefits and how to redeem tickets for their facility.

Here at the Children’s Science Center Lab, please continue to show your photo ID at check-in. In addition, we will be asking you to scan your tickets. Tickets may be either printed out at home or shown on your phone or device. In order to facilitate check-in, we ask that you have your tickets ready for us to scan when you join the line.

Finally, we ask that you review our No Show Policy. Members who reserve tickets to one of our timed entry sessions but do not either call or email tickets@childsci.org prior to the start of the event to cancel, will be considered a No Show. After 3 No Shows, a member is no longer able to reserve timed entry tickets in advance. They may still be granted entry as a ‘walk-up’ if space permits.

If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please contact tickets@childsci.org for help.
