75% of care providers in BOB have their DSPT in place!

Well done to everyone who has completed to 24/25!

Your experience matters- help us to help you!

Digital Care Hub and Lancaster University are mapping everyday cybersecurity realities in adult social care.

The survey is anonymous, takes under five minutes, and will shape the free guidance we’re publishing later in 2025.

There are no “right” answers & you do not need any technical knowledge. We’re looking to capture the real experiences of people working in and around adult social care. The deadline for this survey is 18th July.

Data (Use and Access) Act 2025:

What care providers need to consider

The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 became law in June, introducing wide-ranging reforms to how personal data is used and protected across the UK. The Act affects all organisations that process personal data—including adult social care providers.

To help care services understand what’s changing, Digital Care Hub has published a dedicated briefing explaining how the Act applies to adult social care and what providers can do to prepare.
