Digital Whiteboard Tools for Project Teams
There are a number of project management tools available on the market, providing the opportunity for real time and digital / cloud-based collaboration across all facets of project teamwork. In addition to traditional project management needs such as managing tasks and collaborating on project documents, teams need to come together to workshop or solve problems together. This session will involve a discussion of virtual whiteboarding tools available for remote / hybrid teams and in person teams who would benefit from the features that an online tool offers over a traditional conference room whiteboard. We will then do a deep dive into one tool and provide a demonstration.
QUESTIONS THE PRESENTATION WOULD ANSWER
- What is a digital whiteboarding tool, and what benefits does it offer me?
- What are some key considerations in selecting a tool?
