As with everything, there is always another side to the story. Another angle, another detail, another hidden clue, another deception, another view - and with this RV of worldwide currencies - another AGENDA.
There are many things I could say, but I'll keep it short here. I've been in the oil business (in a big way) all my life. I LIVE it, not just talk about it.
The BIG piece that needs to be added to all this RV equation, that most are not seeing or knowing about, is OIL......with all the currencies.
Right now as I sit here looking at the price of oil on my big board, it reads: $31.04 per barrel: -6.39% drop since opening this morning.

Commerce between Europe and North America has literally come to a halt. For the first time in known history,
not one
cargo ship is in-transit in the North Atlantic between Europe and North America. All of them (hundreds) are either anchored offshore or in-port. NOTHING is moving.
This has never happened before. It is a horrific economic sign; proof that commerce is literally stopped.
The reason commerce has stopped is simple: People are not buying things. When people do not buy things, retailers do not sell things, so they do not order more goods for stock.

Do you now know why the RV is being held up? Did I bring you enough FACTS to prove my points. Please go back and re-read to reference may last 20 news letters (LINK) and see if all this information today does not match almost word for word what I have been telling you as to why the RV is being held up.
Can Iraq overcome these concerns?
Certainly and we have seen them addressing already many of the concerns in the NEW LAWS such as the anti-laundering law, anti-terrorists law, newer, stiffer penalties for counterfeiting. Now see a major campaign of INFORMATION DISSEMINATION to the people about the project to delete the zero process.
Many of these concerns are hard to address since, when they decide to do the switch, there will be very long lines at the banks and there will be some speculation. These concerns will happen and are hard to prevent other than thru prior education and hoping for the best outcome later.
