chattels: Former Iraqi Prime Minister Ayad Allawi cautioned on Sunday that further escalation of tensions among different groups may lead Iraq to irreversible breakup.
chattels: Allwai's concern comes as new sectarian militia bands are being set up and funded by regional powers that lead a proxy war in Iraq.
chattels: Allawi who has long been seen as an ally of the Kurds in Baghdad said he did not oppose Kurdish self-determination but questioned the "timing and the geography" of the possible Kurdish state. He also warned that the Shiite stronghold port of Basra in south Iraq, which holds the country's largest oil reserves, could be "a time bomb" that would soon demand secession.
chattels: The Electoral Commission in Iraq announced its initial approval in August of a petition signed by hundreds of thousands of residents in Basra, 550 km south of Baghdad, to hold a referendum and make the province an autonomous region, similar to the Kurdistan region.

Margin Call Gentlemen!

Those who have been reading my work for any length of time know I have been adamant we would someday face a "global margin call".
I believe this call was issued last week!
No matter how you look at the world, whether financially, geopolitically, macro, micro or whatever ...what underlies everything in our world today is "credit". Credit is used to build, wage war, to produce and deliver, to consume or to trade, EVERYTHING runs on credit.
As a side note, in order for credit to be extended, the borrower must have some sort of "collateral". This collateral can be physical, financial, or simply "faith", meaning a good credit rating or at least trust by the lender.

As with everything, there is always another side to the story. Another angle, another detail, another hidden clue, another deception, another view - and with this RV of worldwide currencies - another AGENDA.
There are many things I could say, but I'll keep it short here. I've been in the oil business (in a big way) all my life. I LIVE it, not just talk about it.
The BIG piece that needs to be added to all this RV equation, that most are not seeing or knowing about, is OIL......with all the currencies.
Right now as I sit here looking at the price of oil on my big board, it reads: $31.04 per barrel: -6.39% drop since opening this morning.

Commerce between Europe and North America has literally come to a halt. For the first time in known history,
not one
cargo ship is in-transit in the North Atlantic between Europe and North America. All of them (hundreds) are either anchored offshore or in-port. NOTHING is moving.
This has never happened before. It is a horrific economic sign; proof that commerce is literally stopped.
The reason commerce has stopped is simple: People are not buying things. When people do not buy things, retailers do not sell things, so they do not order more goods for stock.

The Magnets(?) who by greed have held the whole world at their malevolent mercies are not that powerful and many are now exiled from that evil world that their greed created ,and all governments let be.
So now you have started to see this and it will get even worse after the 15th of January 2016. But don't expect your western media to tell you this for they will not.

Do you now know why the RV is being held up? Did I bring you enough FACTS to prove my points. Please go back and re-read to reference may last 20 news letters (LINK) and see if all this information today does not match almost word for word what I have been telling you as to why the RV is being held up.
Can Iraq overcome these concerns?
Certainly and we have seen them addressing already many of the concerns in the NEW LAWS such as the anti-laundering law, anti-terrorists law, newer, stiffer penalties for counterfeiting. Now see a major campaign of INFORMATION DISSEMINATION to the people about the project to delete the zero process.
Many of these concerns are hard to address since, when they decide to do the switch, there will be very long lines at the banks and there will be some speculation. These concerns will happen and are hard to prevent other than thru prior education and hoping for the best outcome later.

Buckmaster: I think those that are saying March , are basing that on IMF Saying that Iraq would re enter the market sometime in the 1st part of 2016 , and March being the end of the 1st quarter is a logical guess. Iraq is notorious for waiting until the last second , if they do it then. I would much rather see it this Week personally !!

Mahaa: A word on where we are, I think and it is just my opinion.. We know the enitites in control are rich so money may not be the issue. I think it is the POWER or country status , which counrty's currency is ranked where. Where their country ranks among the powerful.. AND I think they are close to figuring that out.
