[tlm724] that the issue of recovery of Iraqi funds abroad grew after the formation of the Department of recovery recently according to the Law Commission No. 30 for the year 2011, as it was organized 103 files to retrieve Iraqi funds abroad,
stressing that the body has a collaboration with countries where there are Iraqi funds and has held a number of memoranda of understanding with them, especially countries where a large part of who seized the public money illegally,
noting that the Commission will review the total amounts of the money after deducting those files

noted that the parliamentary session sixth in the current legislative session began before noon today under the chairmanship of Deputy First President of the Council Qusay al-Suhail and the presence of 184 deputies.
