Iko Ward: (Really late Thursday Night) OK Guys, Iran is operational. We have ships landing and leaving. More tugs and support vessels have arrived. Supertanker landed Kharg Island and departed 6 hrs later. Container ships are also landing. Iran cannot land or ship goods without the sanctions lifted. No one will deliver or buy goods without an RI. Now the question remains if we RV'd to maintain parity.
DeeMoney: Iran is operational! To me the sanctions had to be lifted. It's been said they would by the 15th. That means we got our RV IMO

MOSUL must be taken and secure, before a FULL In-Country rate is released......and then a FULL INTERNATIONAL RATE, is announced.
Notice, the importance of the word: FULL.
I know nobody wants to hear this, but it's going to take a few weeks......for these pieces and SECURITY to come together, and an INTERNATIONAL RATE announced - which is all anyone outside Iraq, cares about.......

I was lurking and saw a question about currency changes in Iraq, and shouldn't it go all at the same time? Yes normally it would, each country has their own laws pertaining to their countries currency,\
They also have to go buy the international rules if they are internationally traded.
So could it go in one area of a country and not the other, yes if they are in country exchanges, or laws that pertain to that issue. I use to have the rules and laws pertaining to Iraq, but I cant find them.
I will keep looking for them and then post it here for those eyes that want to know.
I think they were doing it in the secured areas first then once they had control of the other areas, they would release it to them. It is to keep ISIS and Daash from getting monies to support Terrorism.

When I mentioned it to him he got so excited he went off about how the other guys won't listen to him and how " IN THE STILL OF THE NIGHT IT'S JUST GONNA CHANGE!"
Sounds familiar huh. I was cracking up it was hilarious. He said they won't realize until we're gone.
I just agreed. Its an amazing roller coaster journey this investment has been.
