Believer13: If I remember correctly. We the USA give them dollars in return they give us dinar in exchange therefore the dollars are in Iraq and we have the dinar which when it RVs will give the USA a substantial return on our investment in Iraq and our deficit crumbles. . Hope this helps
Michael: IMO, you have to look at it like a project or the construction project, if you don't finish the building then everything you have completed to date is worthless. you have to see the project through to its conclusion...even if there are cost overruns.

1/22/17 MY THOUGHTS TO A NATION AND TO A PEOPLE;
Be blessed, today I do express my thoughts on a certain issue that will eventually harm us all and that is the evil subject of indifference. People when they become fanatics tend to inforce thereselves to the masses thinking that what they are yelling out of there mouths is really the right thing and that thoughs against it have to accept by force there wishes.
Well I got news for you the Roman empire ruled by those thoughts and where are they now. History has shown us how powerful empires have colapsed time and time again and this thought now applies to the republic of the United States of America.
The evil and greedy hands of the filthy rich were the ones ruling this land since 1808 till 12:22 pm January 20, 2017 when a certain individual said for the longest anticipated time, "So help me God."
At that specific moment the wheels of change and the freedom of all those that have been oppressed since 1808 there chains were taken off and it couldn't of happened at a better time.

What Are Central Banks?

The central bank has been described as "the lender of last resort", which means that it is responsible for providing its economy with funds when commercial banks cannot cover a supply shortage. In other words, the central bank prevents the country's banking system from failing.
However, the primary goal of central banks is to provide their countries' currencies with price stability by controlling inflation. A central bank also acts as the regulatory authority of a country's monetary policy and is the sole provider and printer of notes and coins in circulation.
Time has proved that the central bank can best function in these capacities by remaining independent from government fiscal policy and therefore uninfluenced by the political concerns of any regime. The central bank should also be completely divested of any commercial banking interests.

I bring you much news today. First I want to congratulate everyone in USA on your new president Trump and vice Pierce. Let's see what the next 4 years brings.
Next I have to tell you again I can hardly believe all that I am seeing happening with these Iraqi economic and financial reforms. Back years ago we would be lucky to get an article a month. Now we get at least 4-5 juicy articles a week in the areas of concern. It is all so amazing and I fully believe Iraq is now on a FAST TRACK. But a fact track to what? Could it be peace and prosperity?
Many of you are still having some major anxiety over this investment. I can hear it in your responses to my news letters. Still just date and rate people. Why are you asking me for a date and a rate. Do I decide?
