Abadi officially announced edit the left side of the connector is fully
Roudao - Erbil Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, on Tuesday, freeing the left coast of the city of Mosul from the control of the entire Daesh and raising the Iraqi flag over the buildings.
Ebadi said in a press conference attended by Roudao network media reporter, said that " the high professionalism enjoyed by Iraqi security forces during the administrations of the Battle of Mosul received wide international support enabled them to record time to resolve the battle," directed "tribute to the performance of all media organizations to cover the victories military units."

It confirmed parliamentary circles, yesterday, that the amendment will allow the new general amnesty to re-investigate the crimes committed before the fall of Mosul, as opposed to crimes committed after that date.
It considered the last paragraph of the reasons that led to change the perspective of the parliament to amend the law and discussing acceptance in principle after he was rejected in a previous session.
But the other parliamentary parties attributed the changing attitudes of some MPs from the Amnesty Law to the discovery of "dangerous" version that was voted on in September.

Theoretically, I would assume the CBI will have to close out their books 1/31 and note the rate......Still, plenty of time....All IMO

The new amendment to include counterfeiters rank of director general or above amnesties in exchange for raising the allowance condemnation to 50 thousand dinars for each day. And it excluded the new amendments kidnappings in all forms of the amnesty provisions.

jetset says():you mentioned the bank commissions on the exchanges, i'd like to think that the one additional thing that could happen is that the specific banks would be open to taking a hit on their exchange costs in order to get your large deposit into their bank....
kind of like what realtors do in some cases by giving up by taking a cut on a commission in order to make the sale go through... with the number of dinar holders, i don't know if that is enough to promote cometition among the banks or if the volume is still small relatively speaking.

Did you know that the Iraqi Dinar currency had a gradual decrease when we entered into Iraq in 2003?
Around 2002 ... the IQD went down from 3.22 ... down to 2 ... down to 1 ... then down to program rate at 4,000 to 1. It didn't decrease at the flip of a switch.
We froze the rate ... instantly ... because of the sanctions that were imposed back when Iraq and Iran were at war.
Gradual decrease to a gradual increase.
I believe they are telling us things BACKWARDS.
We don't know what their current rate is ... BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Remember ... if I didn't want you to see where I was going ... I would walk backwards ...
with my heel first. I would do this to confuse you ... and that is the middle eastern culture. Simple as that.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE PAY ATTENTION TO ALL INFORMATION WHETHER IT IS GOOD, BAD OR INDIFFERENT.
