I talked to several sources since early yesterday that believe the process is in the works with, as I have said in the past, the Zim projects and verified HB payouts or conversions, beginning early next week.
After my discussions I believe that once those are nearing completion, near weeks end next week, authorization and the funding of the GCR will be given and begin with the RV of the dinar to be followed immediately by the dong and other currencies shortly thereafter.
IMO the RV/GCR should happen almost simultaneously. No double dipping will be allowed.

The Situation
The recapture of Mosul is a given.
The Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) recaptured eastern Mosul on January 24. Operations to retake western Mosul will begin in the coming days,
(has begun already) with heavy support from the U.S. and the anti-ISIS Coalition to ensure the city's complete recapture.
Context and Implications
Iran was tolerant of continued U.S. presence in Iraq in order to defeat ISIS, but now that Mosul's capture is certain
it will seek to expel the U.S. from the region.
(how will Iran do this?)
Iranian grand strategic objectives converged with the U.S. in the near term over the shared objective to defeat the Salafi-Jihadi threat. In the long term, however, Iran aims to expel the U.S. from the Middle East.

So today we are hearing news about the Iranian influence in Iraq in the past and how it is still in Iraq and thus trying to get a stronghold again post - ISIS liberation. Folks they are telling us this for a reason. They are telling us this because it's a grave concern for them.
We hear again how Nori al-Maliki plays his part as patsy to this effort of Iranian control. I tried in my past news letters to tell everyone that Iraq will
not be out of the "doghouse" as Mosul is liberated. Iraq needs to be free of Iranian influence to truly be a sovereign nation. The big question is HOW WILL THIS BE ACCOMPLISHED, since it MUST be accomplished to secure this region?

I had the pleasure of meeting a very charming senior in the last few weeks. It's my friends mother and this lady is in her 70's.
She won 5 million dollars in the year 2000. I saw a copy of the cheque on the fridge at her son's house. I did a double take because I've never seen a cheque that large.
Of course me being a Dinarian and riding this crazy ride along with all of the others, I have been fortunate enough over the past 5 years to have been educated by people like Tony etc and I have done my research about this kind of thing.
All of us have been told the statistics and I do realize that all of this waiting has been hard, although the real challenge comes after our blessing arrives.

The sheriff was again surprised that Lisa supplied a correct answer that he had never thought of himself. He thought of his next question carefully to make sure there could be no equivocation about the answer: "Now Lisa, listen carefully: Who killed Abraham Lincoln?"
Lisa looked a little surprised, thought really hard for a minute and finally admitted, "I don't know."
"Well, why don't you go home and work on that one for a while," the sheriff replied with satisfaction.
So, Lisa wandered over to the salon where her pals were waiting to hear the results of the interview.
"How'd it go?" they all asked.

Government troops raise 'biggest' Iraqi flag in Mosul !!!!!!!!!!!! MOSUL, Iraq --
Government forces raise what they claim to be the biggest Iraqi flag in a ceremony in front of Mosul University, in the eastern half of the city which came under the army control this week, replacing that of their ISIS adversary.
The 13x8 meter flag was raised in place of an ISIS flag and is hoped to be visible from the other side of the Tigris River where the radical militants are still holding out. Military vehicles decorated with flowers and Iraqi flags drove through the streets leading to the site, accompanied by Iraqi soldiers holding the ISIS flag upside down as a sign of the group's defeat, while cheered by tens of civilians.
One woman told Rudaw that she came to attend the ceremony from Baghdad, hundreds of kilometers south of Mosul. She said that she wanted to be here "to share the moment with the people of Mosul."
