SlappySquirrel: How long could they get away with an in-country new rate, before they reveal it to the world? I've heard varying opinions on this, so not sure how long it is. Also they've applied T & T's (Tax's and Tariff's) on the borders if I remember correctly from the replay last night. If that's the case, is it possible the Citizens have the new rate in-country right now?
AlraGrossman: Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there is the possibility of "in country rate". If you have dinars and the rate goes up compared to some other currency, how would that benefit you unless you go to the other country to purchase something?
Now the purchasing power can change if that's what folks are talking about but 1 dinar is still worth 1 dinar "in country" and it always will from my understanding
The question I have is this: Is it possible for a country to do transactions, make purchases, or pay off debts based on a completely different rate knowing that the change is imminent?

Sinking Yuan Risks Dragging Down Banks
By Christopher Langner
The currency's decline is a vicious circle that will eventually suck in lenders unless halted.
Traditional theory says a cheaper currency should be good news for an export-dependent nation that's losing ground to lower-cost rivals. That doesn't apply in China's case, and its banks could be next to suffer the consequences.Investors have good reason to worry as debt continues to explode and money keeps flowing out of the country.
Goldman Sachs says a rising amount of capital is leaving China in yuan rather than dollars and the moves can't be explained by market-driven factors, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday. The same day, the People's Bank of China set the yuan fixing at the lowest since September 2010.

Elon Musk's 5 Surefire Ways To Triumph Over Moments Of Doubt And Failure
Tim Mullaney, special to CNBC.com October 11, 2016
It's been a tough year for Elon Musk. Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) shares are on track for their first down year ever - and not just by a hair, but 15 percent. General Motors (NYSE: GM) is about to beat Tesla to market with a long-range EV at a price point for the mass market.
Tesla was caught up in the fallout from the first passenger death related to its self-driving vehicle feature. And Musk's plan to have Tesla acquire the solar company he backs, SolarCity (NASDAQ: SCTY), has drawn fire from shareholders and corporate governance experts. Then last month a SpaceX rocket blew up - though it's now reportedly under investigation as a potential act of sabotage .
A billionaire like Musk is prepared to face existential crises at his companies. He has built them in a way that can withstand short-term concerns and sticks to his guns in a way a visionary can be expected to: skepticism and uncertainty met by equal parts salesmanship and shrewd preparation.

AdminBill: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2016 (9:15AM MDT)
ANOTHER TUESDAY MORNING IN DINARVILLE. ALL CONTACTS AGREE THAT THE EVENT IS CLOSE AT HAND. I AM SURE TODAY WILL BEGIN QUIETLY AND BECOME MORE ACTIVE AS THE DAY PROGRESSES.
MOST OF MY CONTACTS ARE STATING THAT SOME MOVEMENT IS EXPECTED TODAY. WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CHINESE INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT SYSTEM (CIPS)
THIS WEEK CHINA IS NOW A MAJOR PLAYER IN THE FINANCIAL ARENA WITH THE PROBABILITY OF PUSHING THE SWIFT SYSTEM'S LOCK ON THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY TRANSFER SYSTEM ASIDE.
THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP AND WILL PLAY A SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN WEALTH TRANSFER AND MANAGEMENT WORLDWIDE AS CIPS IS USED IN PLACE OF SWIFT OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH SWIFT. EASTERN (CHINA) AND WESTERN (ROTHCHILD) BANKING SYSTEMS.

Dr Clarke Responses To Reader's Comments and Questions Link To Dr Clarke's Earlier Post and Reader Comments

DR. CLARKE:
(after 75 comments) Thank You for your Comments & Questions. The following, is our "Opinionated Logic". This is a VERY LONG post, but felt is was needed - AND we had the time. We'll discuss these Questions, in the order they are listed, on the blog:
JAYNE - Right here on Dinar Recaps Only.
BRIAN - You need to re-read it carefully. You missed the points completely.
PDGOD - Our focus is COMPLETELY on the Banks & financial institutions, and yes, they DO have liquidity, to sustain them for a very long time, despite the many theories & horror stories being pedaled on the internet.
Go look at the Public Balance sheets of all the financial institutions you're concerned about. Not pretty, but not in the condition they say. Some have been saying this for past 2 years, about banks collapsing "any moment", no liquidity etc. All of 2017, is no problem, for most Banks - not all, but most, speaking of the U.S. in particular.

ADMINBILL: DR CLARKE, OR WHOEVER HE/SHE IS, REFERS TO THEMSELVES AS "US". IT IS NOT INCONCEIVABLE THAT IT COULD MOVE INTO NEXT YEAR FOR THE REASONS I HAVE MENTIONED.
THE TIMING MAY NOW ACTUALLY BE PREDICATED ON WHO WINS THE ELECTION. IF TRUMP WINS AND HE DOES LOWER TAXES, INCLUDING CAPITAL GAINS AND BUSINESS TAXES, THEN A TAX INCREASE SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY DUE SIMPLY TO THE REVITALIZING OF THE ECONOMY OVER THE NEXT YEAR.
IF CLINTON WINS THEN SHE HAS ALREADY STATED SHE WILL RAISE TAXES TO PAY FOR HER PROGRAMS. THAT COULD INCLUDE, IMO, A RETRO ACTIVE TAX TAX ON RV PROCEEDS IF THE RV IS COMPLETED THIS YEAR BUT POST ELECTION.
I AM REACHING OUT TO CONTACTS TO SEE WHAT THEY MAY BE HEARING TONIGHT.
I WILL JUST SAY, AS DR. CLARKE SAID, NO ONE HAS BEEN RIGHT TO THIS POINT SO LET'S SEE WHAT SHAKE OUT OF THE TREES TONIGHT.

WS brought forth an article/report about 2 weeks ago, where the CBI was talking about the relationship between the USD and the IQD.
I'm interested in a recent article where they are talking about the fact that the 13 to 1 relationship is NOT working.
I am at peace with where we are at with the monetary reform.
