HERE IS SOME POLITICAL NEWS FOR YOU. NOW LET US EXPLAIN THIS AFTER MUCH DEBATE BACK AND FORTH WE'VE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT ALL OF US NEED TO DROP THE ANXIETY AND EXPECTATION OF SEEING SOMETHING TREMENDOUS COME FROM THIS BUDGET.

SO ONCE AGAIN TAKE OUT YOUR MENTAL ERASERS AND ERASE ANYTHING WE OR ANYONE ELSE HAS SAID ABOUT THIS BUDGET, OR OIL AND GAS OR MINISTERS.

AFTER LOOKING OVER EVERYTHING ELSE THAT IS GOING ON, WE FEEL THAT THE RATE IS NOT IN THE BUDGET. THEY HAVE IT ALREADY. THEY'VE HAD IT.

During his three hour interview, Dr. Willie stated that one of the purposes behind China's creation of the new Shanghai gold exchange is to eventually take over global price controls for the monetary metal away from the Comex, and then force a global currency reset by raising the price of gold to its true or actual value.

WE HAVE REPORTS THAT PARLIAMENT IS PLANNING ON HAVING THE BUDGET VOTED IN BY THE 14TH OF OCTOBER TO MEET SOME TYPE OF DEADLINE/GOAL.

I know you understand this is an educated guess. We have a possible target date of Monday / Tuesday.The Chinese are going to push the reset button and the BRICS nations are joining together and once they have their own SWIFT capability, then adios amigos!.

R.V. / GCR > LVegas The 800 numbers have a sole purpose they are for folks who want to trade in their currencies for contract rates at set banks and for knowing the information needed for which banks in said area will be doing currency exchange
Such as if you are in Dallas Texas there maybe only 10 banks in the metropolis that are offering currency exchange with the contract rates then your biggest question when making your appointment is which bank in my area has a del la rue machine....may I have my appointment at that bank please.

SteveI on Yesterday, 12:13 AM Greetings everyone, Wow, lots of questions regarding the so called new bills. I did some research and contacted Ray and others and they all came back with the very same answer,

"They said that is the currency that has been used by the Iraqi people for quite a while now. Nothing new."

Matter of fact, one of Rays contacts has some and was going to show Ray the bills.
So, the actual new currency has not been introduced into the country yet and will not until the rate changes.

When will the rate change? As soon as the budget gets passed according to many.

So lets just sit back and wait for the budget to get passed and see what happens.

The U.S. has been working behind the scenes to kill a Chinese proposal for a regional infrastructure bank in Asia, according to the New York Times.

As The Diplomat has reported in the past, Beijing is quietly lobbying Asian nations to sign onto its proposed new regional development bank, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). China views the AIIB as a way to diminish the regional influence of the World Bank and Asian Development Bank (ADB), where countries like the United States and Japan hold substantial sway.
