Aggiedad77: I am having one of those "feelings" Frank.....we stand before that locked door you mentioned on Monday night......all of a sudden.....we can hear clicks and clatters.....bolts being thrown....then hinges creaking......the door frame bulges.....it's a fat lady for sure....but what happens is hopefully historic....
Praying that what flows through is just so totally full of MR.....hot....red hot lava flow of the MR....Monetary Reform that is....not the beginning thing either....but rather instead the whole enchilada....the hot ones Frank and a few tamales on the side....can you serve that up tonight.....

I pray that in September we see the results of this... in fact I tell you what... check this out....it was 2012 when Dr. Shabibi came out with the very first announcement of the Monetary Reform steps for their currency...do you remember that...what I want to tell you is that he said back in 2012 that they want to accomplish....lifting the 000's from their exchange rate in September of 2012 ... and right around that time is when Maliki and some other president just screwed everything up.... and but it was supposed to happen IN September 2012 according to Dr. Shabibi

I do think IMO this statement came true. September has been a VERY productive month.... we are seeing the evidence of the work taken place behind the magic curtain.

Frank26: October is a hot month....October is a hot month....no doubt about it....but will the CBI implement the final steps....you know to raise the value of their currency.
This white list should have been in 2017 instead of 2016...and it is IMO for the purpose of finishing the final steps....because the white list will be needed in 2017 when they are already committed to using any other currency except their own....and if they are going to make that kind of commitment then they are raising the value....because it is worthless.
The Iraqi Stock Exchange last quarter said they would be selling stocks and that they would be internationally active....what happened....well we haven't raised the value of our currency yet....we aren't Article 8 complaint and we can't really be selling to the international world....hmmmm.....you know why....you know why the ISX is not working....
It is because they do not have freedom of capital....which is an Article 8 requirement...and they postponed it right....but I think that....you see we are following the money...and I think they are doing things with the Iraqi dinar that they don't need to tell you about....and because you are not a professional economist...you are good students....but because you don't really know where to look for the answers....or see the evidence of what they are doing with their money....you can't see these things.

Frank26: It is time to walk into the second half of our call our study of our investment, the Iraqi dinar. You know something family when my wife gave birth to our first child, I was in the waiting room for quite a while....I kept pacing back and forth....
I was with my wife for a certain time but then they kicked me out of there.....after her body had adjusted to give birth....they wanted me out of there, so I said well fine.....so I go out there and I'm looking around out the windows, I'm breaking my knuckles....I'm all over the place...but thank God our child was born.

Intel: been very very light. Not totally dark, but very quiet. Very good intel the past couple of days. Can't bring everything on and talk about it, some of it too specific. One thing that I'm very aware of is that this was supposed to have gone last night. There were a few things that came up that stopped it.
I'm not completely sure why, but I think I have an understanding of what happened. So we should be prepared for any time now. Very good things for next day or so including tonight.

SlappySquirrel: How long could they get away with an in-country new rate, before they reveal it to the world? I've heard varying opinions on this, so not sure how long it is. Also they've applied T & T's (Tax's and Tariff's) on the borders if I remember correctly from the replay last night. If that's the case, is it possible the Citizens have the new rate in-country right now?
AlraGrossman: Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there is the possibility of "in country rate". If you have dinars and the rate goes up compared to some other currency, how would that benefit you unless you go to the other country to purchase something?
Now the purchasing power can change if that's what folks are talking about but 1 dinar is still worth 1 dinar "in country" and it always will from my understanding
The question I have is this: Is it possible for a country to do transactions, make purchases, or pay off debts based on a completely different rate knowing that the change is imminent?

Traditional theory says a cheaper currency should be good news for an export-dependent nation that's losing ground to lower-cost rivals. That doesn't apply in China's case, and its banks could be next to suffer the consequences.Investors have good reason to worry as debt continues to explode and money keeps flowing out of the country.
Goldman Sachs says a rising amount of capital is leaving China in yuan rather than dollars and the moves can't be explained by market-driven factors, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday. The same day, the People's Bank of China set the yuan fixing at the lowest since September 2010.
