Frank26: I told you Delta has been following the money on the spreadsheet and a lot of info is posted in Arabic. It's only for the middle-east ... not the infidel to see.
I the translation of the CBI website, we see this ... but it's not like the article ... which is a lot more clear. That is why I'm keeping Delta away. Delta understand/comprehends so much more than what you and I do. That's why it comes in batches.
It is very clear they are working now on their 2nd batch.
Unless they IMPLEMENT ... they WON'T get the 2nd batch.
The 1st batch was done in July of 2016.
Everyone was at the meetings on the 7th, 8th and 9th.
The only one that is able to talk about this meeting is the IMF. TA-DA!!!

Such great news just keeps pouring in. It is moving so quickly it is hard to keep pace and read it all. So let me highlight it for you today. I will try to keep it simple and brief.
Revealed in a parliamentary finance committee of the Iraqi parliament member, on Monday, that the Iraqi prime minister, Haider Abadi, expressed his willingness to send the Kurdistan Region staff and entitlements of the province's finance federal budget salaries, noting that Baghdad is waiting for the arrival of specialist from the Kurdistan Region technical delegation to discuss the details mechanisms of the recent agreement between Erbil and Baghdad.
Today I bring you news that is all very good for our dinar investment and points us to yet even closer the accomplishment of the IMG goals for Iraq that are needed for an excellent report card in the mid December review timeframe by the IMF.
So we are seeing news of the first phase of the implementation of the e-dinar as the technical staff has arrived in Erbil. Hurray!

I pray that in September we see the results of this... in fact I tell you what... check this out....it was 2012 when Dr. Shabibi came out with the very first announcement of the Monetary Reform steps for their currency...do you remember that...what I want to tell you is that he said back in 2012 that they want to accomplish....lifting the 000's from their exchange rate in September of 2012 ... and right around that time is when Maliki and some other president just screwed everything up.... and but it was supposed to happen IN September 2012 according to Dr. Shabibi
IOO September could be the key to changing the value of the IQD."
I do think IMO this statement came true. September has been a VERY productive month.... we are seeing the evidence of the work taken place behind the magic curtain.
Now we are waiting patiently for the SUDDENLY . IMO.
