OTHERS SAY THE RV IS HERE WHILE STILL OTHERS SAY THAT SOME IRAQI'S ARE USING THEIR CARDS AND THE RATE IS $3.71. THEN THERE ARE THOSE THAT CLAIM NOTHING WILL OCCUR UNTIL MOSUL HAS BEEN RETAKEN AND IRAQ IS STABLE.
LET'S GET REAL FOR A MOMENT.

GOOD EVENING FAMILY. TOMORROW, OCT. 14TH ALL BANKS GLOBALLY WILL COME INTO COMPLIANCE WITH LIBOR AND HIBOR RATES, AS I MENTIONED A FEW WEEKS AGO.
THE PRESSURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS BASEL 3 RULE IS PUTTING A LIQUIDITY SQUEEZE ON LENDING.
AS A RESULT, WE HAVE BEEN SEEING BANKS CUTTING BACK ON HOUSING LOANS IN ORDER TO COME INTO COMPLIANCE. THE BANKS NEED HIGHER CAPITAL RESERVES.
THE COST OF SHORT TERM BORROWING IS ALREADY ON THE INCREASE REGARDLESS OF WHEN THE FED BEGINS TO RAISE RATES. THIS WILL NEGATIVELY IMPACT BANKS EARNINGS IF THE FED DOESN'T RAISE RATES.

Seven: Thank you so much for the video Frank. Your opinions were very clear. I have always believed that there could be a few logical possibilities of how the CBI/GOI could make the change to the rate and introduce the lower denominations. What each of us as investors and students should always do is have a plan for all possibilities.
A 1 to 1 rate in country makes sense in order to exchange USD and IQD (with the three zeros) notes to be deposited in their banks. It will be interesting to see what path the CBI/GOI/IMF take in the next step.

Bruce: As far as Intel that I can share, I will start with the banking situation. You guys know Wells Fargo is the lead bank in this. HSBC is a partnering bank. So are AIIB, and People's Bank of China. Those four banks are very important. Other banks also are very important such as Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, and all those tier two banks such as 5th Third, SunTrust, and Canadian banks to the North such as TD Bank, Scotia Bank, Royal Bank of Canada all involved in this.

SydneySam2: What I got from the cc last night and reading the notes is that even if the CBI changes the rate this weekend ... prayerfully (or even this year) that the rate will not be 1 to 1 (when we may possibly decide to exchange a little) till next year (possibly January).
I was under the impression that once the rate was changed in Iraq they only have up to 30 days to change the rate internationally to a 1 to 1 (or whichever rate it comes out at) for the entire world.
Is this correct or am I totally misunderstanding this concept?
I am still confused after last night's cc, as we have heard anywhere from 3 to 30 days for the rate to change once changed in Iraq.
I would appreciate any help in explaining this.Thank you!!

Today let's all PRETEND we feel great about the GCR/RV even if we don't. Let's collectively anchor the excitement, gratitude and love we all have deep inside without mental boundaries and limitations.
Those who are gifted with faith can add prayer. Those who have learned to meditate can visualize the exchange with single minded focus.
For me and my day today I'm making a conscious choice to be happy. That in itself brings the RV closer because it is the same vibration I'll have after it happens.....

Here is a suggestion:
SO many people say "DebTarHeelGirl, what do you suggest we say to people, when the RV is over and to our friends and family who see any visual changes we are making, as to how we obtained the money to make these changes?"
Written by a fellow currency holder who also coaches in financial matters, here is his advice:
What are you going to say when all of a sudden your bank accounts are full, other see that changes you are making, someone asks you about the new house or houses, a new car/cars or new clothes or you take them out and pay for everything with your "new found wealth..."
What are you going to say to them?
