He informed me that there was a big meeting last week. he said the owners came and told therm that BBVA will be exchanging and they were told to be as competitive as any other bank. Apparently BBVA is owned by the chinese, and for the first time they became pwersonally involved by coming here. they also told them tnat the exchange was"imminent" and get ready.
