Detection of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), on Wednesday, for planning to send teams in the near future for both Iraq and Jordan in an effort could pave the way for more aid,
and as pointed out that Iraq's economy is suffering from the consequences of falling oil prices as well as waging war against (Daash), stressed that Iraq will return to the market economy during the first half of next year.
The director of the Middle East Department and Central Asia for the International Monetary Fund Masood Ahmed said in a statement that 'the Fund is planning to send a team to Iraq next month to negotiate the implementation of financial monitoring,
which may help make way for more aid to the country's economy which was damaged as a result of falling oil prices and the cost of war program waged against al Daash'.

The International Monetary Fund has provided $ 1.25 billion in emergency aid to Iraq in order to heal everything from crack deficit in the budget of the country which is expected to reach 23% for the current year.
As expected for the surveillance program, which is still under discussion to help Iraq to receive aid from creditors , including the World Bank, as well as introducing guarantees to investors according to Ahmed. But will this measure pave the way for the country's return to the market in the first half of the year in order to get a bigger funding.

Update: Fight Against ISIS
Questions raised about new Russian military intervention in Syria's neighbor Iraq questions about whether the Russian campaign may extend to Iraq
Now we see the USA stepping up air strikes to prove to Iraq that influence from Russia is in fact not needed in Iraq. USA is apposed to any country joining the coalition forces in fight against ISIS that support or encourage terrorism. It is a very good stance and will prove itself a good policy on the part of the USA.
USA said it would make it very difficult for us to be able to offer the kind of support Iraq needsif the Russians came here and also carried out the operations." The USA did not say it would abandon efforts against ISIS if the Russians were also in the same theater of operations also fighting ISIS.
Seems eventually the USA will for forced to coordinate with the Russians in the air strikes.

HA NOI (VNS)- The country's gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 6.81 per cent in the third quarter and by 6.5 per cent in the first nine months of this year, reported Nguyen Anh Duong, deputy head of the macro-economic policy section of the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM) in Ha Noi yesterday.
In the report on the country's macro-economy in the third quarter of this year, the institute attributed the significant improvement of mid-term trend in the third quarter to increases in investment, consumption and economic institutional reforms.
