Guten Tag!
This morning I am already beginning to see white on top of bergen near my home. The color from the trees is all but gone. The popular tourist destinations for summer are now converting to winter businesses. Yes - we are about to see a huge change in the coming weeks.

I come to you today to share my recent findings and give you an update on the progress of the new government and how this relates towards the international rollout of the IQD for Iraq.

Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process. Please refer back to my last news letters of 10/20 (LINK) and 10/23 (LINK) as this news letter is a continuation of this news.

The Accountability and Justice Law
The de-Ba`thification process in Iraq has fallen profoundly short as a transitional justice mechanism over the past decade. Poorly conceived, badly implemented, and controlled by hard-liners, the process has been so highly politicized that it has eroded the rule of law and intensified the sectarian tensions that are at the heart of the violence haunting Iraq. This is at the heart of what is wrong with the Iraq justice system today and what must be corrected.

So to reform the justice system, the Accountability and Justice Law was written. You can't simply just keep throwing people into prisons because they were members of the Ba'ath party under Saddam Hussein forever. Many of these people are good people and highly skilled at running governments and the politics. They are needed back into society. That would be like if we still hunted down prior Germany citizens almost 70 years after the war ended just because they were members of the Nazi party, knowing they had little to do with any real terrorism or violence in Germany. It is time to let go too now in Iraq 11 years after the invasion.

POOF SAID; All is continuing to progress. All is continuing to fall into a system that is being checked and rechecked. glitches come and they go.

Intenders are at work and the watchers are also. The whole system is being tightened up and safe ways are tested. It is not like you can pull contributors off the line, or place them in a corral, or even utilize legal systems. Many of these are simply not that sharp; they are cogs in a much larger system.

Please be patient with the process. You've been waiting this long; check your impatience at the door and recall that your attitude has a lot to do with how swiftly the pieces are fit into the picture..

And a reminder again that most are in no way ready for the responsibility of largesse. As many reminders as are given, the over all net effect is that few think it will happen and therefore they do not make use of this time to study or to sort through good financial planning/education.

Mailman17 THE ISX IS THE GLOBAL TRADING PLATFORM FOR IRAQ. THEY HAVE STATED THEY ARE READY TO TRADE INTERNATIONALLY.

THEIR SYSTEM IS READY AND TIED INTO NASDAQ. HOWEVER, THEIR HANDS ARE TIED IF THE GOI DOES NOT GIVE THEM WHAT THEY NEED...A RATE AND RECOGNIZED INTERNATIONALLY.

I CANNOT SEE THEM GOING LIVE UNTIL IRAQ GETS THEIR CRAP TOGETHER AND GETS THEIR PIECES IN PLACE. THE GOOD THING HERE IS, THE ISX WAS AND STATED THEY ARE READY ON THE 26TH...PERIOD.

THEY MUST BE UNDER THE AUSPICE THAT IRAQ WOULD BE AS WELL. IF THEY DO NOT OPEN GLOBALLY ON THE 26TH AS PLANNED, I DO NOT SEE THIS IN A NEGATIVE WAY.

THE MERE FACT THEY WENT PUBLIC WITH THAT DATE MEANS THEY WERE UNDER THE INFLUENCE THE RATE WOULD BE TOO.

A DELAY ONLY MEANS WE ARE THAT CLOSE...AS IN DAYS...

AND THE NEWS AS OF TODAY TELLS US THAT ALSO. BREATHE...AND WAIT...ALMOST HOME..JMO.

R.V. / GCR > Sem we are close but no cigar we need to see the admiral go in and sign the release to the western hemisphere... china just signed a string of agreements to to land locked governments so they are trying to take the lead....we need to see this thing done tomorrow or we are in trouble..... but I feel pretty good right now...

I will keep us informed. its hard to get the info out as we are meet with a lot of resistence .the activation has not happened yet...

What does it mean to your R.v. / GCR if a very well know Prosperity Package gets its administrative hold lifted off the money that's been showing on the Bank screens? What does it mean?

Well, That's the news as of right now...........The admin hold is being lifted off of a prosperity package hold at the bank in the morning.

FROM THE ERBIL STOCK EXCHANGE.. TIMING ERBIL IS SAYING THEY EXPECT TO LAUNCH IN OCTOBER AS WELL, AND DOWN BELOW AS A POINT OF REFERENCE AND WHAT X-STREAM CAN DO IS BAHRAIN ALREADY USING IT SINCE JULY OF 2014.

THIS IS A VERY BIG STEP FOR ISX AND ESX, AND WITH OUR FOCUS ELSE WHERE WE WERE NOT EVEN AWARE THAT ERBIL HAD THIS PLANNED FOR THIS MONTH AS WELL.

LET'S SEE WHAT THE NEXT FEW HOURS BRING WHEN NASDAQ OPENS , UNTIL THEN STAY GROUNDED PLEASE.

On the face of it, Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX) CEO Taha Ahmed Abdulsalam Al Rubaye is in a plum position to impress: with the country's economy booming at 9 percent and every industry still with huge potential yet to be untapped, there is a copious amount of room for the ISX to grow - up and out.

Already, the exchange has nearly tripled its market capitalisation in the past three years and last year it launched the largest initial public offering (IPO) the Middle East had seen since before the global financial crisis.
