IT IS IMPOSSIBLE for fils (coins)  and LD's (Lower Denominations)  to be used at a program rate of 1166 because the currency value would be a negative number.

The CBI would first have to introduce a higher rate and have the laws to do this MR via the CBI. AND !!! ........... The 000's would be lifted in conjunction (at the same time ) ......... In order for the TRUE VALUE to be exposed.

Fighting ISIS : Thriver reported the war against ISIS/ISIL has entered a new phase as 160 Peshmerga fighters arrived near Syrian town of Kobani by air while their weapons and artillery will arrive by land.  

Turkey under pressure from the West decided to allow Iraqi Kurds to help their brethren in Syria but not allowing Turkish Kurds to cross the border.  

One Western diplomat said Turkey is alienating its country further from NATO members and dramatically reduce its chance to join EU any time soon.

I come to you today to share my recent findings and give you an update on the progress of the new government and how this relates towards the international rollout of the IQD for Iraq.

Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process. Please refer back to my last news letter of 10/27 (LINK) as this news letter is a continuation of this news.

Today's News

Today is Wednesday 10/29 and Iraqi progress has been moving forward but still no RV. However  I am told there is a definite completion target for Oct 31st  and/or the coming days ahead.

There is also rumor it may  be shifting to yet another window of mid November for RV completion. So which is it? Could this all be smoke and mirrors?

Why would oil accept paper SDR's when they can trade for yuan and yuan for gold? If anything, recent Saudi moves demonstrate that they cannot be bossed around by the West...
