A quick update from Martha sent to Recaps
Treat this as rumor but the group that is paralleling us is going on Monday. Trying to find out if actual bank or paymaster paying in acct.
Iko is right about the forex and Monday maybe the big forex day, but starting sooner is the way to go like ? Friday.
Remember what I said about timing. There is no argument that everything is done and there are no stops; perhaps a little hedging. We are still in October and the clock is ticking.
There are no windows and China is holding the key to the world.

Elmerf123456: The People's Bank of China (PBOC) has issued its first offshore yuan bonds in London. The bonds are expected to raise $787 million (5 billion yuan), offer an interest rate of 3.1 percent and mature in 2016.
It's the first time Chinese government notes have been issued outside China, PBOC said. The move is expected to help the yuan explore the offshore currency market and facilitate cross-border trade and investment.
"This strategic move demonstrates the clear commitment by the Chinese authorities to grow the offshore bond market and the confidence in the City of London as a leading renminbi hub for future activities," Spencer Lake, global head of capital financing at HSBC, was cited as saying by the Financial Times

The council in Diyala, using Article 119 of the Iraqi Constitution as justification, made the declaration because of suspicion of the Shi'a-dominated government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
Unlike Salahuddin province however, Diyala province is more ethnically and religiously mixed, and such an announcement led to the outbreak of protests in the province.

The party said in a statement, said that it reserves the right to sue Al Jazeera on what was from what he described as charges touched the history of the Islamic Dawa Party, and tried to distort the march leaders and his men, according to a statement.
The Al-Jazeera has aired a few days ago a documentary eating biography Secretary General of the Dawa Party, Nouri al-Maliki, revealing film about his involvement out assassinations and bombings, including wide and the Iraqi embassy in Beirut building in the eighties of the last century and the other in Baghdad.
