The following is an excerpt of the piece.
The demand for logistics solutions in particular is on the rise, and companies like DHL Freight are eager to fill the void. DHL recently installed two competence centers in Germany and Turkey for the more efficient handling of exports to Iran.
Truckloads destined for Tehran are being filled by a wide range of European companies, now that weekly departures for groupage shipments are available. The Iraqi Defense Ministry said in a statement that coalition forces aircraft were destroyed during this period more than 40 explosives and 115 vehicles and 170 combat sites and 18 anti-aircraft gun.
Meanwhile it announced the General Command of the Peshmerga forces in a statement that all its troops managed during the same period to achieve big victories over militants to organize the so-called Islamic State (Daesh) by editing the 26 villages so far.

From Islandg1211 - THE IMF IMPOSED REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE ECONOMIC REFORMS BEFORE GETTING ANOTHER LOAN INSTALLMENT.
The IMF imposed requirements on the CBI to make economic reforms prior to getting another loan installment. The IMF isn't just giving Iraq money. One requirement is that Iraq improve their credit rating.
Although, the IMF hasn't stated that the CBI has to raise their exchange, it's hard to imagine that that wasn't discussed. An article today on a meeting between Saleh, Allak and others quotes Allak stating that has requirements from the IMF in order to get more loan installments.

Mosul reportedly has been cleared of Isis. The armies have their flags ready and are waiting on Ababi to plant the official flag .....the
expectation is Tuesday.
Maliki referenced on TV as the reason Daesh was in Mosul. Supposedly, the international courts will try him on war crimes.
Thousands of citizens are returning to Mosul since it is being declared cleared of Isis.
How do these reports affect us? Time Will Tell if they were significant to the public release of the revalued international rates.
