For example i did not SHARE tonight that the WHITELIST was scheduled to go into affect in first qt of 2017.
But it went three months ahead of plans. Why?

Circuitrider: The IMF currency basket that sets the value of the Special Drawing Rights (SDR) is determined as follows:
"The 2015 Review-Currency weights
The IMF also adopted a new formula for determining currency weights in the SDR basket to address long-recognized issues with the formula that had been in place since 1978. The adopted formula assigns equal shares to the currency issuer's exports and a composite financial indicator.
The financial indicator comprises, in equal shares, official reserves denominated in the member's (or monetary union's) currency that are held by other monetary authorities that are not issuers of the relevant currency, foreign exchange turnover in the currency, and the sum of outstanding international bank liabilities and international debt securities denominated in the currency.
The weights of the five currencies in the new SDR basket based on the new formula are listed below:

Upstart: BUDGET QUESTION........ Billions or Trillions?
I listened to the Livestream
recording of the Monday CC and heard Frank say 90 Billion. Also clearly saying that the budget is in Dinars. I accept that is "huge" as Frank said. However, is it right ?
The reason I ask is that I read the Frosty notes and they confirmed what Frank said, but this morning it has changed in the main CC notes.
Here are two excerpts from the notes posted on page one of this thread, posts 3 & 4:
If the rate is in the budget ... like we feel that it is ... then the rate will be released before the budget is released. It is a 90 Billion Dinar Budget, and I've told you, they are only expressing the figures in dinars and not USD's. THIS IS HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10-5-16 Its been a couple of years that I gave out some suggestions on how to approach this thing that we want to see known as a revaluation and how to react when walking to the banks. I inform all that as our fathers use to say to never place all the eggs in one basket, meaning to create a different account for all currencies that you may have (ONE FOR EACH).
I also advise that if you do not know what you will be doing with one or all of your currencies or if you still do not have some kind of a trust, to create NON-BEARING ACCOUNTS for each currency to begin with. I also will like to repeat that it isn't the shy weak and ignorant person that walks into the bank now that is to be interviewed, but the strong, rich and smart person that overnight you have become that is walking in there and with that said it is your responsibility to inform this to whomever sits in front of you in that bank.
Make sure that you let them know what you want and how you want it done and not the other way, you govern your own monies and it isn't the other way, I AM SURE THAT THEY WILL FIGURE IT OUT.
