A member of the Committee on the Morshedi in a press statement that " a large proportion of the paragraphs of the amnesty law is considered constitutional and legal and judicial irregularities, stressing that the parliamentary legal committee can not edit paragraphs of the law only after a thorough study."
He pointed out that " a general amnesty allowed to exit the general managers and over two - thirds of those who judge how long in prison, compared to 10,000 Iraqi dinars, confirming that can not so easily be released corrupt without legally hold them accountable."

IMO all we can do is watch and see what fruit comes to us this year and keep picking up the daily/weekly hints leading to the fireworks.
Sure looks like its coming this time, with fewer PTB that want to hold it up.
If they start below 1 USD it sure will be easier waiting for the right time to exchange the bulk debt free with the ball rolling,
I would be so grateful and would assume that 2-3 mo would go buy so fast with all the planning we will be doing (making sure what we exchange into will stand strong when tested by fire and aligning our hearts motives to Gods will).
Thanks for all the evidence pointing to this year, you really clarified the articles for me in regards to them needing a exchange rate before they start removing the 000's in Jan .2017,

Lilypad: CBI knows how many old three zero notes are on the streets and there is a target amount of them that have to be turned back into the banks to let the new lower denims out.
This is in Iraq only, not the notes that we are holding out side of the US
the Iraqis can take their US dollars to the bank and get more dinar value for their US dollars. CBI is moving for the dinar only. It is an incentive to get the Iraqis to turn their US dollars into the bank to get them off the streets. January 1, 20017, only dinar will be used in Iraq.... they're getting their currency OFF the Streets!

China Weakens Yuan To Eight-Year Low

China only allows the yuan to rise or fall two percent either side of the daily fix
China on Tuesday weakened the yuan's fix against the dollar to a nearly eight-year low as the surging dollar put further pressure on the unit, complicating Beijing's efforts to manage it.
The central People's Bank of China set the value of the yuan -- also known as the renminbi -- at 6.8495 to the greenback, down 0.30 percent from Monday's fixing, according to data from the Foreign Exchange Trade System.
The unit has reached a series of six-year lows in recent weeks in the face of a greenback rising on expectations of sharper US interest rate hikes, with President-elect Donald Trump pledging during his campaign to ramp up spending and cut taxes.

In effect if they are going live in what we call the first quarter, it may be at anytime now, as in regard to our requirements for reporting trades, etc., in the USA, reporting for the first quarter is in process as of Oct 01, 2016, imo. In other words it may start at anytime now from here on out. It may not or won't have to wait until physical 2017 starts, imho. Regardless, well before they get to that point the need a value reference in the form of the 2017 budget that has been read twice now..
