The State Bank of Viet Nam (SBV) today again raised the exchange rate by 13 Vietnamese dong, taking it to a record high of VND22,131 per US dollar.
With the allowable trade, the dollar at +/-3 per cent on either side of the reference rate, commercial banks revised their offering prices upwards.
Vietcombank today also increased the rate by 100 dong as against yesterday, listing the rate at VND22,690 and VND22,790 for selling and buying, respectively. BIDV and VietinBank also listed the same rate.

I have gifted more than a few 50T Zim Notes to some family and friends, and I am wondering how to inform them to proceed with their exchange. If they only had 1 or 2-50T Zim notes to exchange and no other currency, would they still be required to submit a humanitarian project?

Dutchie: the overall narrative I see it following Iraq developments, doesn't matter that Zimbabwe announced a 1 to 1 bond to USD honored, doesn't matter that vnd is ready, doesn't matter that Iran is connected international we still wait on Iraq dev.
And all the alleged Intel follows the Iraq story, it ebbs and flows with Iraq to my observations, in truth i wonder if the republic blah blah is only a fabrication again to follow the Iraq story, sorry to be contrary just how the big picture looks to me
