Astonishing Report From The Fed Says US Banks Are Not "Sound"
Late last week, a consortium of
financial regulators in the United States, including the Federal Reserve and the FDIC, issued an astonishing condemnation of the US banking system.
Most notably, they highlighted "continuing gaps between industry practices and the expectations for safe and sound banking."
This is part of an annual report they publish called the Shared National Credit (SNC) Review. And in this year's report, they identified a huge jump in risky loans due to overexposure to weakening oil and gas industries.
Make no mistake; this is not chump change.

The task of resetting all sovereign currencies back to a par gold value, countries agreed to be audited to determined who might be closest or furthest from a common gold standard.
Those who were furthest away, were placed in a what's been called the "first basket" of revaluations. Meaning, the above four currencies were grossly undervalued, and selected to redeem first at some pre--agreed international rate.

Nov 4 (Reuters) - International Monetary Fund policymakers plan to meet in November to review whether to include the Chinese yuan in the Fund's reserve currency basket, but a specific date has not been set, the IMF said in a statement on Wednesday.

China Canceling Debt of World's Most Impoverished Nations
This sounds like encouraging news on the part of China. Perhaps there is nothing nefarious going on; however this is the same nation that has been committing human rights violations as a matter of public policy for decades, not to mention systemic environmental pollution.

[Currency Reforms]
If you have been paying attention you have witnessed many of these steps already taken to prepare for the new "permanent" currency and to get Iraq out of the post war provisional currency (the 3 zero notes). Here is some of what has already been done:
2012 minted the new coins and print the lower denomination notes. These notes and coins are not yet distributed to all the provinces. The project was halted due to ISIS infiltration in Iraq. They will have to restart this project just prior to launching them. We will hear about this in the news. This is something they can't hide from us.
2015 told us about the plan to use the new 50k and 100k notes. Said they would launch the 50k notes before the end of 2015. The 100k notes will follow in early 2016. These notes are not part of the provisional post war notes but will coincide with the new permanent money of minted coins and lower denominations.
We must watch and wait for them to launch these 50k notes as a sign the RV is close at hand.

It is the second week in November 2015 already and many are frustrated again as to why the RV did not yet happen.
There is no reason to be frustrated. So far we are seeing everything is on path for a late Dec 2015 or early 2016 RV window of opportunity. This is just a very strong indication for this window. I am not saying it WILL RV. We base this on FACTS not on some secret source whispering intel in my ear......lol.....
Many criticized me on my last post about the US attempting to bring down the National debt by using these early dinar exchanges and oil credits. They claimed that the US debt did increase and so how can they be bringing it down.

A thank you to ALL from Martha
I spent all day, Sunday, 11/8 trying to figure out what the hold- up was. I read the sites, was sent updates but nothing made sense.
No one is blocking this great blessing and it seemed there was nothing left to be done.
Be thankful that China said enough and got the religious community of Iraq to make a major ultimatum to get it done.
We all realize the undertaking involved and yes, in October it should have been done but more signatures were needed. I told you that PM XI was acting like Santa Claus and it is my understanding that he is also forgiving debt as well.
So, now we go forward to completion for this week . The world will never be perfect,
although thru the process it has been attempted so much it is time to just let it go.
Again, I thank all that brought this together and hopefully it will be done sooner than later. (and not xmas or 2016 or 2017!)
P.s even Zap is on the same page for the moment.

Why we not believe this?
These people had been involved in this forever and they knew Big Shots inside the IMF, UST, BIS, KFC, and every other three letter entity and they even had their home phone numbers.
