With respect to the Global Currency Reset, there's been some discussion over whether or not there actually is a GCR.
I don't in any way disagree with Frank that the IQD comes first. My point is that -- based on the intel I've accumulated over this past year from the IMF, former officials in both Bush Administrations, various three-letter agencies, the UN, and friends who are senior banking execs within several of the major banks, both US and abroad -- the Dinar is the trigger mechanism for the Global Currency Reset.
Every individual with whom I have ongoing regular and consistent communication incorporates the IQD as part of a simultaneous reset of 198 currencies globally.

[millionday] Iraq's foreign debts on 4 categories namely debt to Paris Club countries debt non-member states of the Paris Club debt and trade creditors ( foreign private sector ) , and the debt of the GCC countries in addition to the decades advisors ( accounting and legal ) .
Noting that trade creditors ( Private sector ) debts estimated at more than 20 billion dollars and the number is in the hundreds spread across the world so it was starting to look for the best way to deal with them .

Am I to deduce that the administration of UST & IMF has such poor opinion of us, the average American citizen as to delay the global reset of this importance. What All Dinarians Have In Common! 1- The first time you bought Dinar, you rushed to the bank because you were told it could RV tomorrow, that was 10 years ago for me. 2- That sick to your stomach feeling because you are waiting for the Fed ex truck to get here with your order, hoping it RV's, but wanting your order here first. 3- That awe feeling you got the first time you held a 25 thousand Iraqi Dinar note, to think this one piece of paper could be the answer to my dreams. 4- The looking at Dinar Recaps, every hour, even thru the night. I was so happy when Dinar Recaps started not posting after midnight, I was able to get a decent nights sleep again, hey, what's that. 5- That first time you just knew it was time to RV and you stayed up all night. I can remember 2 years ago my husband and best friend stayed up at Walmart, waiting for the bank to open.

[millionday] here we go smile -- Deputy Chairman of the Kurdistan coalition forces, Muhsin al-Sadoun confirmed that Kurdistan region has no objection that oil revenues are placed in United Nations' account and then to be distributed under its supervision.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The Kurdistan region is not opposed to put amounts of oil revenue , which is produced in the region, in the state-owned bank in Turkey or be under the supervision of the United Nations."
Sadoun added: "This subject needs to be agreed upon between Arbil and Baghdad in order to be implemented and be binding, adding this subject is still being discussed, because oil revenue comes to Baghdad and the oil companies, working in the Kurdistan, must be paid."

DMagnet: First, I want to thank Tony and his family, the mods and the sincere Intel providers who have taken their time and energy to help us stay aware of what is going on. I feel like we have been patiently waiting in line for our turn for a very long time. Each time it seems we get closer we find out that the people in the front of (or already went through) the line have allowed others to just cut in front just because they can. It is disgusting to know that the PTB just continue to allow this to happen while many of us have been needing this so much. We were told that they expect 99% of us to have very smooth transactions while they are concerned about maybe 1%. Why would they penalize us for the small 1% who will act like fools. This is just their fear and not necessarily even true. Additionally we had to invest based purely on speculation despite all of the misinformation put out about the Dinar while these new people are allowed to purchase knowing that it is a sure thing. ....

What are we waiting for? We have been told and conditioned for so long, heard all of the stories, been beaten up with disappointment after disappointment. It comes down to one thing, the banking legislation! Tomorrow the Volcker rule will be announced as completed. The final piece of Dodd/Frank. The final piece to the U.S banking system being Basel III compliant. This has been the struggle all along.
The Volcker rule will be our protection. Protection from what? Banks being able to use our newly deposited money to be risked, at will and with no recourse. No more Proprietary Trading. Not just from the currency exchange, but from Prosperity Packages and WGS funding money (not monies for the Countries, since they use Central Banks). ....
