But what about when the prize is an astronomical sum of $100 million, $200 million or $300 million? Various Powerball lotteries have reached vast sums and lotteries elsewhere in the country may as well.
Future Powerball and state lottery ticket winners will become incredibly wealthy in an instant. Imagine being Joe Somebody and turning into Sir Joe the Magnificent overnight.

It's time for some clarity again. Topics today are SDR's, WTO, Tariffs, Exchanging, and Guru's.
It seems that there has been alot of excitement over SDR's being posted at the CBI. That is nothing new. Iraq has had a SDR exchange rate for years. It is posted daily, at the bottom of their indicative rates. SDR's are a country's exchange rate between the IMF and the country itself. There is no change in the value of their SDR.
Now, as far as the WTO....I cannot find a single article saying that they are accending on Dec. 29th. Quite the contrary. They are getting closer, but no cigar...yet. If you go to WTO.ORG and search a little, you will see that they have not completed all the steps necessary to accend. Here are a couple of out takes, along with links.

One or the very basic ethical principles I always teach and demand of Meine Kinder is to tell the truth no matter what. Sometimes what you think you are hearing is the truth you find out later that it may vary somewhat and you are mistaken.
As a child you are expected to behave as such. But as we grow to become adults you should also take on another relationship with the term "responsibility" an "ethics". Now you have this responsibility to find out the truth from what you hear and to see if what you hear is just rumor or truth.

TNT:Couchspud: But reasonable folks will use logic and realize that the value of the IQD can not stay this low forever. Logic says it must increase in value at some point as long as Iraq hasn't printed a boat load of it, which I don't think they have. IMHO MWKD: Another question for you guys... If the system works for the Elite and there cousins and friends... Why isn't the same EXACT process used to exchange us? Just thinking out loud with you guys and why can't those same access codes be used to exchange us and just do everyone by appointment in 7 days BAMAGIRL : if the Same System worked for the elite then why will it not work for us as well! Naturally: The answer is two fold. The elite do not want to compete for the sweet deals that we might also enjoy and the banks are making money as we speak. Coastie47] My guess is the PTB are squeezing the time down so that only the people that are following this (us) will get the contract rate and the millions that have it in a drawer and not paying attention will only get the true exchange rate.
