Global markets are showing increasing signs of instability and there are serious concerns about risks to international liquidity building across the spectrum.

Exchange rate volatility is deepening with the Russian ruble leading the way and the systemic contagion is spreading around the world, from European and Western banks to stock market crashes in the Middle East.

Oil continues its descent into the $30 to $40 dollar range with a strategically timed announcement by OPEC today, at the peak of the turmoil, stating it will not meet again until June, 2015, ensuring continued instability and lack of confidence in the energy markets.

Trading between the ruble and USD has been halted almost at the same time as Russia's alternative to the SWIFT system came on line.

R.V. / GCR one of the things I did hear her say was the economy will be in semblance like a tax break to the regular people and they will be able to inject their money and the things the provided by the economy

Well the news that I've peeked at this morning is sort of old in some ways, although there are a few interesting new things mixed in with it as well.....let's just dive and and see what has been shown to us this morning.

Saleh: the current government is working on a financial exchange control and reduce costs

I'm not so sure this is a new interview of Dr. Saleh with him saying the same thing he has previously said, or someone just putting out a "current" news article based on old information....but the quotes and information are all mostly things we've heard from Dr. Saleh a week or so ago.....

Tlar: I haven't got a clue other than this is something to watch. My belief is that they are going to do it closer to the end of the month but who knows.

They are ready, able and it just could be that they are willing to do it now. Of the things that could tie all the economic programs together as stated above, the currency would be my first choice.

rtjerry : Here is some positive news- My wife and I went to our local Chase bank as we have a small account with them and also we bought much of our dong through them. The manager of the bank saw us and asked if we could step into her office.

We have not spoken to her in a few months and she was always unsupportive of our claims we will have an RV soon

After sitting down across from her, this bank manager FORCED her business card into my hand and told me that she had been to training sessions over the past few weeks and our claim was real!

She said we will see the RV in the next 2 weeks and that she wanted us to come see her when this goes down!! Real story- no BULL
....
