Greetings PD Family.
As you already know, I do not like to do update until we confirm from several sources the actual facts.
Our team includes a couple of members that have some contacts in very positive places, and Ray and I who have many sources in the United States and many in Iraq that is very knowledgeable about the current events happening.
Here is a basic recap the some of you already know but a few of these I guarantee you have never heard about.
Based on the recent news and a little help from an Arabic Interpreter..........here are a few things I am being told have happened or are in the works - things are moving quickly!!!

OOTW: UN Security Council passes a new resolution against the Islamic state funding December 17, 2015 22:57 by: Agency independence editor Category: senior, News Economy, urgent Leave A Comment A + / A- Adopted the finance ministers in the 15-nation UN Security Council on Thursday unanimously a decision to disable the financial flow for the organization of the Islamic state.
The text of the draft resolution asks Member States to move decisively to cut funding for other organization and including oil and trade of artifacts, and the imposition of sanctions on entities that provide financial support to the organization, the largest packages possible economic resources.

Update: Needed Laws
Iraq's parliament passed
on Wednesday
the 2016 budget. The President of the Republic is expected to ratify the budget in the next few days.
The budget consists of $88.2 billion, based on projected oil prices of $45 per barrel but in reality oil is averaging only $36 per barrel and so we can see they will have a deficit again.
There is also oil being pumped out of Kurkirk providence, revenue that Baghdad may never see since Kurdistan made a deal and is allowed to sell this oil on their own (new oil agreement). In return they only receive 13% oil revenue shares now from Baghdad. It is a better deal for all involved. So from this article it is obvious some HCL deal was made or else they never would have completed and passed the budget.

Today I need to give you yet more pieces to the puzzle to currency reform and so read this section very carefully. It can get confusing real fast if you don't read it carefully and clearly.
Iraq is meeting their commitments to pass needed legislature and the beginning of the new year seems to be moving upon us as time seems to be moving faster and faster.
We have great expectations for the first part of the first quarter of 2016 as a new RV window and it is just around the corner. Hang in just a little longer all you dinar investors. This IQD currency reform is about to come to a conclusion, at least the part that we want....lol....

The tariffs are confirmed as activated...HCL passed...Budget passeed...confirmed...printing in in Gazette confirmed...all currency traders 72 of them in Iraq ordered and enforced to no longer accept or sell USD.
From what else they said CBI should be posting new reality rate on CBI website...there is the announcement we are looking for.

chattels: [specify the share of the Kurdistan region by 17 % of the total actual expenditures are paid from the Federal Ministry of Finance and the consent of the Prime Minister]. and set this share according to the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil, which required the province to hand over 550 000 barrels per day of production [250 000 barrels and production of Kirkuk [300 000 barrels in exchange for payment of its share of the budget by 17%.
She explained the second paragraph of the same article that this percentage is of the total actual spending [current expenditures and expenses of the investment projects] federal budget after excluding the sovereign of which expenses.
The fourth paragraph of Article IX own Bmwanh Kurdistan region drew that "When access increase or decrease in the total budget expenditures, they are added or reduced pro rata share of the Kurdistan region.
The fifth paragraph of the article noted to the allocation of a percentage of allocations of federal land forces of the Iraqi army to the Peshmerga [Kurdish] according to population ratios as part of the security system Alaracah.

FROM ALL THE NEWS THERE TO MY KNOWLEDGE THERE IS NOTHING NOW PENDING TO PREVENT THE NEW RATE FROM APPEARING AT ANYTIME.
HOWEVER I DO EXPECT FOR BANKING REASONS... THEY MAY WAIT TILL THE JAN 1 DATE...IF ANYTHING CHANGES I WILL GET BACK TO YOU IMMEDIATELY.

ggee : I've got news guys. A good friend of mine called a few banks in Atlanta and for the first time was told to bring in her currency so they could check it with their system. one told her a book. One said they would exchange the dong but he could see a code on the screen and then gave her a number for a second bank which does like 9 currencies. I"ll get back with more info once I find out more
