Stryker: Former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq under Dr. Shabibi, Mohammad Saleh is now Prime Minister Al-Abadi's adviser.

A very interesting turn of events in deed, is this a coincidence? I think not.

After two days of talks in Baghdad Barzani seems to be on track with Abadi's governments oil deal agreed on in Erbil last month.

Abadi has agreed on the Kurdish share of the 2014 Budget amounting to 16 trillion dinars or roughly $15 billion USD.

The times are a changing.. the winds blow across the continents with one word written on them: change. There are less givens today than there have been in many years.

Givens such as who one can depend upon, who is stable, who is worthy of your respect and such 'givens' -- yet from the perspective of the Long Wait which you've been under, the missives have all been written and the game plan is still under way.

How many times the urge has been to say 'It IS Over"!! Just as many times as any reader has read these lines of hope eager to see that it is here.

Yet the life and times being lived will eventually prove out: that all of this was essential to the achieved ends yet to be revealed. It does not hurt to remind all that nothing like this has ever happened before in all of earth's many civilizations.

That is how big this is; beyond the comprehension of most minds. So, like you, the date is gathered, info, sift through the melee also want the last leak plugged, the last screw turned, the last signature requirement, the last insurance policy in place--if there be one.

All sit on the same side of the table in other words.

[tlm724] Iraq has delayed the budget not only to try and include the requirements of the Kurds but mainly because of the fluctuation in oil prices. Trying to calculate a number that will work for them.

[tlm724] oil has fallen more than 25% in the past five months, to less than $80 a barrel

[tlm724] If it falls further, as seems likely, the geopolitical consequences on some oil-producing countries could be dramatic

Poppy3: I HAVE HEARD SEVERAL TIMES SOME PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD SAY ...THEY WILL NOT DO THIS UNTIL 2015. TO THIS I HAVE TO ANSWER WITH THE FOLLOWING FACTS: AS OF YET I DON'T THINK IT WILL WAIT TILL 2015.

SEVERAL REASONS ABADI AND JUBOURI TOLD ALL OF THEM LAST MONDAY THERE WILL BE NO HOLIDAY BREAK TILL ALL ISSUES ARE SETTLED.

IF YOU HAVE NOTICED THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ONE BREAK SINCE ABADI BECAME PM. HE IS A WORKER AND HAS SAID WE HAVE A JOB TO COMPLETE AND WE WILL NOT TAKE A BREAK TILL IT IS COMPLETED.

IF THEY CAN GET ENOUGH DONE AT ANYTIME FOR THE RV IT MATTERS NOT WHEN ACCORDING TO DATES THEY WILL RELEASE.

BOTTOM LINE NO ONE CAN SAY WITH ANY FACTS OR ANY CONFIDENCE WHEN THEY WILL REACH THE STATUS NEEDED FOR THE CBI.

I HAVE ALWAYS SAID WATCH THEIR ACTIONS NOT LISTEN TO THEIR WORDS AND THEIR ACTIONS SHOW WORK --GET THE JOB DONE EVEN BEFORE ALL SCHEDULED BREAKS.
