(Dinar Recaps Note: this post is from Sweet Queen at Intel4U Forum) [..SweetQueen] FROM...WILEYMORGAN.....I am a man of few words when it comes to my personal life, but today I am with heavy heart as I have learned that I have lost a friend I had only recently found again. I write this to express my gratitude of those I have never met (mods of this room) helped reunite with a friend long lost to me Secondly I do not have his daughters contact info but know they reside on the board from time to time. Gracie and Kirsten if there is anything I can do or anything you need do not hesitate to ask. Your father was many things to different people; to me he was my friend, and he talked of you two often during the long deployments. Know that the world has become a lesser place today. I truly hope he finds a Soldiers peace. Rest easy my friend. Your Brother in Arms, Wiley I have included the letter that was sent to the mods, as it was not sent directly to me but those who helped a friend find me. I am appreciative to those that assisted as I was moved deeply in what he said of me. I had learned the meaning of commitment and selflessness from this man and never heard him ever talk like this until November of this year. I had the opportunity to visit with him over Thanksgiving and thankful for that time. I share this with all in an effort to somehow instill perhaps that forgives goes a long way in healing and do not let life or time get in the way of reaching out to those we always say we will talk to, yet never get around to doing so. I have removed the names in the letter as I did not want those public.

This is the Reason behind our lower rates I have been getting messages from some members in concern of my message over a week ago and I am so glad Tony gave the information and not me!! Tony hit the nail on the head yesterday. I told you guys about the midnight budget meetings, I updated you and told you that the RV was one of the first items on the agenda but the information I held was the major drops in the rate for us. I was waiting for Tony to say it because no one will bash Tony but will bash the BANANAS out of me. This is what I heard........ The contract rate is for those of the US government. When the government brought 86 trillion dinars about 10 years ago, it was sold to members at a low rate of $1 per 4000 dinars. This generated in quick cash. This was under the last administration. These people where promised their money back plus more when the country revalued the currency. No one thought it would be 10 years later.
