1. DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE IRAQ JUST PAID MEMBERS OF THE ARMY WHO HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IN MONTHS $900,000 IN IQD, AT THE 1166 PROGRAM RATE?

2. HAVE YOU DONE THE MATH ON WHAT $900,000 IQD IS AT THE 1166 PROGRAM RATE?

3. DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THE ARTICLES SAYING IRAQ MAY NEED TO BORROW MONEY FROM THE WORLD BANK AND THEY CAN NOT DO A BUDGET BECAUSE OF LOW OIL PRICES?

Hello Susan, I so look forward to Zaps news. The things I'm trying to learn is news of #1 the status of our Republic coming back and #2 the Prosperity Program's (PP's) status.

From what I read Zap's focus is on funding the projects he's working on, a "very" honorable task. Perhaps he is alluding to PP funding before Christmas and I'm missing the connection.

LIKE DAVE AND THE RED DRAGONS, MY FUNDING SOURCE IS GRAND FATHER. HE IS THE ONE THAT HAS RELEASED FUNDS TO THE RED DRAGONS, BUT MY RELATIONSHIP TO HIM IS DIFFERENT.

YES, THAT IS FROM WHERE PART OF THE FUNDS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IS COMING FROM. THE REST IS FROM THE ONES THAT WERE BEFORE GRAND FATHER.

Greetings and Salutations;

The whole shooting match is nicely bundled up and the wherewithal for moving ever so slowly toward completion is shortly upon you. The TRN and the FRBs are all in different allocations and the changes going on inside the banking institutions are major ones, more major than they'd want you to know about.

That's all okay-- and its right that they don't smash the news with all of their significant changes. People can only take so much and they've had a snoot full so far of mis-information, of promises and such shenanigans.

Everyone should know that Christmas is a time to review, to think about the many ways you are all blessed, and how you can become a blessing in the lives of others.

Ahwman : Frank, Is this something we should be concerned with? Being that they are now outside of the 2% IMF compliance spread between the market rate and the CBI rate?

Frank26: IMO Friend ....... No.

IMO ....... Sometimes a breath is deeper than shallower ....... But the pattern remains.

IMO ....... CO2 Pressure build up causes this in the human body in order to exhale it.

Pressures of The Market causes the rate to fluxuate in a negative way.

Besides ....... IMO ...... 2 % will kick in once the RI/ RV has been permanently established.

IMO ....... This 2 % is among a long Conga line of things waiting for a new rate ........ Just like You and I.

"Christine Lagarde, speaking late today in London, said IMF rules require the main office be located in the country that is the biggest shareholder, which the U.S. has been since the fund was formed 70 years ago.

The IMF founding members "decided that the institution would be headquartered in the country which had the biggest share of the quota, which chipped in the biggest amount and contributed most. And that is still today the United States," she said in response to questions at the London School of Economics.
