The Central Bank Iraqi received a notice from the Bank for International Settlements in Basel showed through which his readiness to accept more deposits Iraq has within the budget of the BIS in 2014.
statement added that this action will contribute to achieving better returns for funds Iraq with keeping them in safe places and very worth mentioning that the Bank BIS is an international organization of central banks to strengthen financial cooperation and international funding and operate as a bank for central banks is not subject answerable to any government and is headquartered in Basel, Switzerland -

Millionaire53: I hear your frustration and I share it also. I, too, would like to have received the rv and been able to exchange our currencies, not because I have been an investor for ten years, but because there are many of us who financially need it to help put nutritional food on the table, pay the mortgage, electric bills, car insurance, life insurance, medical bills, etc. Purchasing gifts for Christmas would be great, but having food for Christmas is more important to me. I would be saddened not to be able to bless the many people that are on my list. Blessing those persons to me is more important than becoming a millionaire or /billionaire. What if.... What if there was an amazing opportunity to make large amounts of money by investing a relatively small amount in foreign currency? Which raises many concerns on the street level and the business and financial community and economists seem divided between supporters of the project saw an opportunity to reduce the rates of inflation and unemployment and forewarned of economic shocks might prevail in the Iraqi market by implementing this project. The project has been postponed after the Central Bank introduced its amendments, most of the time because of fears based on the most unruly security situation and open market to foreign goods and counterfeit currency circulating on the market in addition to rampant corruption in the country.
