A: Theoretically, monetary policy and fiscal policy are functional tools that allow policymakers to guide economic activity towards more desirable outcomes: higher growth, shortened recessions and controlled inflation.

Monetary policy refers to the manipulations of money supply and market rates of interest, normally by central banks or other monetary authorities.

Fiscal policy is carried out by institutions that have taxing and public spending powers, such as the U.S. Congress, although it also involves public borrowing.

And finally knew why Sheikh small law refused ...... Keywords: Infrastructure Act aim to destroy Iraq and thank each of rejection vote

[Bondlady] this law if it had been done and presented correctly, it would have done great things for Iraq and building up its infrastructure, and would have brought in untold billons to the treasury IMO...

[tlm724] I agree with BL on this one, the law would have given them monetary flexibilty, long term loans to build

[tlm724] that said, perhaps they will get to it again and ammend the law for presentation, I don't see it going away

THE CHRISTMAS PAGEANT

My husband and I had been happily married (most of the time) for five years but hadn't been blessed with a baby. I decided to do some serious praying and promised God that if he would give us a child, I would be a perfect mother, love it with all my heart and raise it with His word as my guide. God answered my prayers and blessed us with a son.

The next year God blessed us with another son. The following year, He blessed us with yet another son.

The year after that we were blessed with a daughter. My husband thought we'd been blessed right into poverty.
