Parliament plans to enact a law "financial constitution" for Iraq
BAGHDAD / JD / .. House of Representatives
plans to enact a law regulating the financial management and public debt of Iraq at
the beginning of the next legislative term.
A member of the committee MP Ahmad Rashid told / KD / Finance Committee that included financial and public debt management law, which is considered as a financial constitution for Iraq as a regulated financial administration of the country, to vote at the beginning of the next legislative term.

We are very pleased that Christina Slade, Vice-Chancellor of one of our newer but most innovative universities, Bath Spa, has agreed to take the chair of this initiative from next month.
We have recruited some university members of the organisation and have fostered links between educational institutions in the UK and Iraq. Our boldest hope is to see a new university established in Iraq, rather along the lines of the British University in Dubai, which will offer quality assured degrees which are validated in both countries.

I remember tearing across town on my bike to visit her on the day my big sister dropped the bomb: "There is no Santa Claus," she jeered. "Even dummies know that!" My Grandma was not the gushy kind, never had been.
