As a financial adviser, I have occasionally found myself feeling envious of certain clients. Not because of their wealth - but because they were disciplined and determined enough to do all the right things that enabled them to accumulate their wealth and, in many cases, retire early.

Despite my expertise, I, like a lot of people, sometimes struggle not to do the wrong things that make being rich, let alone retiring at all, a pipe dream.

Financially responsible and successful people don't build their wealth by accident - or overnight. Becoming rich takes serious willpower and long-term vision.

Well we know that Parliament met yesterday and succeeded in reading the 2015 budget for the first time.....they claim to have dismissed until January 7.....but we will see how that works for them....

in the meantime....Dr. Shabibi is back in the news....the handwriting on the wall appears to profess his innocence....which we could have told them 2 years ago....look instead at Maliki and his band of henchmen for the problem.

Adam Sragovicz (@asragov) DECEMBER 23, 2014 AT 1:32 AM Thanks - helpful perspective. How should an investor think about these trends - accumulate RMB? Physical gold? Real estate? How about in a 401k / traditional investment account?

JC Collins DECEMBER 23, 2014 AT 1:49 AM I don't give financial advice Adam but with so many fluid variables logic would dictate that diversification would work best. In addition, I tend to think production based investments would be the most stable in the long run, as non-production investments, say like Twitter, will eventually adjust to reality.

Mining and commodities will come back in a big way, given a year or two for the transition to begin moving into stage 3, which I will discuss down the road. Hope this helps brother.

PEOPLE ARE CATCHING OPEN "LIVE" RATE WINDOWS ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES AT WELLS FARGO AND COMPLETING CURRENCY EXCHANGES..............(HINT HINT)

NOTE: MANY PEOPLE WHO JUST HAPPEN TO BE AT WELLS FARGO AT THE RIGHT TIME WITHOUT NOTES ON THEM HAVE CAUGHT THE RATES "LIVE" AND BY THE TIME THEY GO HOME TO GET THE NOTES AND GO BACK TO THE WELLS FARGO LOCATION THE RATES ARE GONE....................
