(Reuters) - Oil prices resumed their decline on Tuesday after rallying the previous session, while world stock markets edged higher, with biotech shares gaining.

A bounce in oil prices on Monday from five-year lows had helped foster a broadly more positive tone in Asia, but both Brent and U.S. crude oil were down more than 1 percent in early U.S. trading on Tuesday. Brent crude oil has lost more than a third in price since June.

As Oil Prices Plunge, Wide-Ranging Effects For Consumers And The Global Economy

Tumbling oil prices are draining hundreds of billions of dollars from the coffers of oil-rich exporters and oil companies and injecting a much-needed boost for ailing economies in Europe and Japan - and for American consumers at the start of the peak shopping season.

The result could be one of the biggest transfers of wealth in history, potentially reshaping everything from talks over Iran's nuclear program to the Federal Reserve's policies to further rejuvenate the U.S. economy.

The price of oil has declined about 40 percent since its peak in mid-June and plunged last week after the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries voted to continue to pump at the same rate. That continued a trend driven by a weak global economy and expanding U.S. domestic energy supplies.

Iraqi Government Reaches Deal With Kurds On Oil, Budget

ARBIL/BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq's government reached a temporary agreement with Kurdish regional authorities on Tuesday to end a dispute over oil exports and budget payments to the semi-autonomous Kurdish region.

Under the deal, 300,000 barrels per day (bpd) of oil from Kirkuk will be exported via a pipeline running through Kurdish territory to Turkey, in addition to 250,000 bpd from the region's own fields.

The crude will be sold by Iraq's state oil marketing organization (SOMO), representing a compromise by the Kurds, who have long insisted the constitution entitles them to sell oil on their own terms.

It was widely expressed by the mainstream media of the time that the collapse of the Soviet Union and the fall of the Berlin Wall could not have been predicted. In hindsight, the stagnation and drop in oil prices should have been the obvious signs that a dramatic change was coming. And when the USSR began to borrow from western banks, the fix was in.

Western banks is something of a misnomer, as no bank, or conglomerate of banking interests, can exist separate and independent of the larger international banking structure which has been built throughout the the 20th Century.

TLAR: It doesn't take a great leap of faith to think that much of what is taking place might be Saleh, the new economic advisor and Shabibi's friend, behind helping engineer these changes and Shabibi's return.

I am sure that Saleh who did jail time because of Maliki's phoney charges before finally being released, is giving Abadi an earfull and more fuel to hang Maliki.

Whoever in this thread suggested that ultimately Shabibi will be a witness against Maliki at Maliki's trial, I believe is spot on.

Not only does he have the records of all outgoing transfers of accounts by Maliki and his goons, but he has the last known place those monies were sent to.

I can hardly believe it is December 2014 already. The snow covered peaks are now very prevalent and obvious where I live. Tourist are now flocking in to begin the ski season once again. I have to put my long mountain hikes on hold for now and yearn for the spring thaw. It is going to be a long winter. Our little Gasthaus is operating and is now in full gear during the weekends. I also never in my wildest dreams thought we would be sitting here in 2014 without seeing the IQD going international. So let me tell you what I have heard recently.

Some are telling me I never reference real articles and just make stuff up in my news letter to suite some conspiracy goals. This is of course real nonsense since first of all I do often give you the articles and often reference them, so this first statement is not entirely true. Second I will say that the only conspiracy is the citizen who leaves their government unchecked and out of balance an in touch with the people. So if you feel there is a conspiracy of come kind going on....look in your own backyard! Third, I ask you this - How would you like to get the news? Would you like convoluted notes from some conversation I had with someone (with no conclusions), or how about some riddles or how about watered down crap that has no value and makes no conclusions or sense? Is this what you want from me?

So where do we stand in this RV rollout process?
As far as I know they are now telling me they are about to move on to the general public. To do these exchanges they will complete the rollout process and open it up to everyone.

Iraq will make their needed announcements and it will show up on the exchanges. Iraq also plans to announce their bundle of new laws to the world in the hope this will encourage the investment community to come to Iraq.

For the rollout the PTB are planning to incorporate background checks on some of the citizens with higher amounts of currency for exchange. I do not know what the cut off is and it should not matter to you since you are all clean anyhow.....right? .....lol.....This kind of process I totally agree with since it is not self serving and politically motivated as I feel some parts of this process has been so far.

The bad news is I do not know the exact timing of when they plan to kick this into high gear. All are telling me so far they are in line with this week to begin the process so the money can begin flowing in the hands of the average citizens for Christmas shopping. We have heard this many times in the past years so I would not bank on it.....no pun intended...lol....
