THOUGHTS ON "THE ENGINEERING OF GLOBAL PUBLIC GOODS"

Alaskaroots DECEMBER 28, 2014 AT 11:23 PM JC, It is my personal hope that the structure of the central banks will be changing to the tune that individual people may create funds the way that every bank has done in the past (and then lent it to the average Joe from there).

It seems there needs to be a way for people who understand that they are the thing which gives money it's value, a practical way to access and create it.

I was without insurance from Dec 2013 to Aug 2014 and in June I had an ectopic pregnancy. This resulted in me losing half my blood, Fallopian tube rupturing and 24 hours in the hospital left me with bills of $42,000.

Since my husband and I made more than $38,000, we qualified for no assistance and now I have creditors breathing down my neck. There needs to be a solution for the middle class, even here in America.

Thinking about the wonderful things I could do for my family and community without the drag of this debt based system is what keeps me going... Krystal

Tlar speaks - 12-30 Post Emailed To Recaps -- "Thank You"

The Iraqi Stock Market has been closed on the 29th of Dec and will not re-open until the 11th. The budget has been agreed to but it too will not be voted on until around the same time period but will be made retroactive to the January 1st.

Articles have come out stating that the provinces, who for the first time will be managing their own affairs and projects under the new Federation Laws, will be funded with the opening of the budget in January. The HCL is also agreed to in full by both the Kurds and Baghdad.

The HCL is revenue sharing and it is based on the budget. It tells all sects how much they will get out of the oil revenues and how they will be paid.

The HCL is scheduled to go into effect around the first of the year and must come before the budget is opened

Well, I hope all had a nice Christmas and looking to turn the page to a new year.

Speaking of a new year, try and not make a new years resolution you cannot achieve. I have done this for so many years that I give up on creating a new one.

The only one I will make is spending more time in the Word and put God number one, how can anyone lose with that attitude? Now that I said that, it is time to share what we know.

First of all, yes the budget was passed last week. I sure hate to contradict others I admire, but, it has been approved. It is also true the parliament is not on vacation or leave until January 7, 2015.

Many of us fantasize about winning a big lottery jackpot. Let's say that actually happened? What would you do with the money? How would you manage it?

While winning the lottery is a real longshot, cash windfalls are not that uncommon. People inherit money or receive a life insurance payout when someone dies, they sell businesses or professional practices, they win a judgment in a lawsuit, receive a sizable divorce settlement, or take a 401(k) rollover or lump-sum distribution from a pension account all of which can result in a sizable windfall.

The number 70% seems to be a common one in terms of the percentage of lottery winners and retired NFL and NBA players who end up in financial difficulty. If you're the recipient of a cash windfall what should you do, how should you manage it?

Said that the HCL runs the 2015 budget. Gas is not done dropping. Look at right after the 1st of the year. Said that I-Team's job is to protect. In Feb., March, and April, they will be protecting Dr. Shabibi.

Those writing the budget have had no vacation in years. Has been done in the 'Green Zone.' Have been working with IMF, BIS, etc....all EXCEPT THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION.

Many budgets for the many provinces. US was there over the holidays. Who? Cannot tell you. The whole time they were protecting these meetings; and they (Iraq) finished the budget. has been protected all year....

ONLY Shabibi has been in charge of the CBI, since September. It was only he. 'Turki' was an interim-only governor. Did well. But not a replacement for all of the meetings.

We continue to head in a direction with the end of this year that makes 2015 a welcome sight I think....my oh my what the first month....the first quarter could bring to Iraq in particular and the world at large.

Mahdi concerned from a "setback" in the oil agreement with Erbil

Knowing the full-fledged corruption that ran rampant throughout the previous government.....what this article is suggesting gives me a great deal of heartburn.....Mahdi actually meeting with former leaders of the oil and gas ministry...seeking their thoughts and advise.....I hope he only took what they might have offered with a grain of sand.....

IMO....if he wishes to continue to drive in the direction of principled communication, integrity, and continuity....he would best go the course without this questionable baggage hanging from his backside....these are none to be calling advisors....there is a strong piece of my mind that tells me this is a wild smoke screen...that Mahdi and Abadi know better than to go in this direction....unless they were looking for some specific piece of information from these thugs...and once located they will be summarily dismissed.....I can only hope we see no further discussion in this direction.
