Tickets in North Carolina, Puerto Rico and Texas have matched all six numbers to win a Powerball jackpot that had been estimated at $500 million.

Lottery officials announced the jackpot winners Thursday morning on the Powerball website. Officials didn't immediately confirm the final amount of the prize or which cities produced the winners.

If the jackpot stands at the $500 million estimated Wednesday, it would be the fifth-largest lottery prize in U.S. history. (AP)

Right now where we are...it's a pretty sizeable cover for the Monetary Reform in Iraq, and that's kind of going to be covered by the US Administration is doing right now which is this new bill they are looking to potentially get through - kind of like they are looking to drag the I.S.I.S. situation out for another three years...

Obama said they are not looking at doing ground troops or whatever...but if you look at that from a global perspective, the fact that they're doing their Monetary Reforms - set to start on the 12th...it's already the 12th right now.

I hear thats why there is a telescope in Ariz., that is owned by the Vatican.

Observing the efforts of others over long periods, it seems that cultivating in yourself and others what you wish to cultivate in the world and promoting only those ideologies that you know FIRSTHAND will improve lives works best. 

That is a tough call, since, if you really think about it, 99% of our knowledge is actually hearsay based on what we heard or read. If it weren't, factions wouldn't be so diametrically opposed from one another in their beliefs. Firsthand knowledge is incredibly rare.

So, you wish to educate a community, don't teach them WHAT to question; teach them HOW to question. For exmple, educate them as to how their government is meant to work, how banking is meant to work. They will quickly sort out the contradictions and come to their own conclusions.

I apologize if it has but, I was told not very long after I got into this whole deal that the RV would take place when they finish the hydrocarbon law. Back then I had no idea what the HCL was but, here we go

Poppy3 IT WAS REPORTED TO ME LAST NIGHT (UNCONFIRMED ) THAT THE HCL IS BEING POSTED SUNDAY AND IT IS ALL FINAL AND AGREED ON BUT BARZANI MUST SIGN IT AS ACCEPTED AND THEN IT CAN BE IMPLEMENTED IMMEDIATELY SO THE KURDS WILL START GETTING THEIR 17% OF THE NEW RATE.
