Part 3:
DELTA: They definitely met on the 17th to the 19th and during those meetings we believe it was a high possibility that Iraq got the green light to lift the value.
I did bring you an article that indicated that every member nation when they want to change their rate....they must let the IMF know within 30 days of the implementation...and by the way this is not a rumor....
I know some will say oh now DELTA says this or he says that....or Frankie is saying....we are not making this up.....you have to go to the IMF website to look this stuff and in there they tell you about the 30 days....the only thing we do not know is when the 30 days exactly started....
We know the Indicative Rate was stopped on January 4th...but by the way Family it was not January 4th because on the Arabic side it did not show there on January 3rd....but which ever day it doesn't matter....so basically the 30 days can give you three window....one of them was January 4th, the next was January 12th...why the 12th...because I told you when we were monitoring the spreadsheet the program rate there was taken off on the 12th....on the 12th they took the program rate off....all you have is the market rate...

What is the Volcker Rule?
The Volcker Rule is part of Dodd-Frank and prohibits banks from owning, investing, or sponsoring hedge funds, private equity funds, or any proprietary trading operations for their own profit.
To help banks figure out which funds are for their profits and which funds are for customers, the Fed has given banks two years to divest their own funds in get in line with the rule before it's enforced.
However banks can keep any funds that are less than three percent of revenue.
The Volcker Rule does allow some trading when it's necessary for the bank to run its business. For example, banks can engage in currency trading to offset their own holdings in a foreign currency.

2-16-17 The smell of freedom is in the air for the first time from the last 200 years.

The GCR has a total GO, did you know that it's authorizatión will be 1 years old on March the tenth.

If you've been a reader of this letter for any length of time, you may have noticed that I try to spend my weekends and free time at our farms in Chile.
I'm still on the road at least 6 months out of the year and travel to 30-40 different countries annually.
But when I'm not traveling or I'm not needed at our offices in Santiago, I go out of my way to spend as much time as I can at the farms.
It's paradise for me. I love being surrounded by so much pristine nature, organic food, and absolute quiet.
This past weekend at Sovereign Valley Farm we harvested our almonds.
