"Soften the Beach" - Intel SITREP - Sunday - February 19, 2017
Opening RV military operations began globally yesterday at 16:00 EST (00:00am Iraq).
This was about the same time the massive Trump distraction began in Melbourne, Florida... and the G20 meeting was midway engaged in Bohn, Germany.
Know one of the biggest concerns military planners had in releasing the RV--and flowing out the scope of money inherent to to the RV--is instantly rehydrating the enemy.
Thus, a "soften the beach" campaign was needed to officially kick off all monetary phases, and why Generals Dunford and Mathis were circling the globe in recent weeks prior, reviewing the troops and setting final attack strategies.

2) NOW....Abadi today (2:00pm 14:00) initiated "Editing" (clean-up) of West Mosul which is Left of the river. [East Side Mosul is DONE Editing.
3) Mosul is for all practical purposes DONE except for this "Editing" (clean-up)
4) It has taken 5-6 months (started in Sept. or October) to get to where we are at BUT Abadi says the West Mosul editing will go extremely fast
5) How long did it take to "Edit" East Mosul (which is the largest half of the city) after the liberation?

MrsBGG says():President Barzani also met with Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Friday, a diplomatic move described as "balanced" by Hemin Hawrami, a senior advisor to President Barzani who is also with him on this visit. Hawrami said it shows that Kurdistan Region has been able to keep the balance in its ties with both countries without taking sides. The relations between the US and Iran have recently hit another low since the latter test fired a ballistic missile and as the result, the new Trump administration imposed some new sanctions on certain individuals and entities.

jeffusa says():ERBIL - Baghdad has set plans to free the entire city of Mosul and it's only a matter of some measures for the operation to resume, said a Kurdish lawmaker. Speaking to BasNews on Thursday, Shakhawan Abdullah said though the preparations were set, the recent offensives by Islamic State (IS) militants in eastern Mosul changed the plans and it was decided to first secure eastern Mosul completely. After securing and stabilizing eastern Mosul, the operation to liberate the western part of the city will be kicked off under the command of Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi, according to Abdullah. The Mosul operation was launched on 17th October last year with thousands of Iraqi troops backed by Kurdish Peshmerga forces and the US-led coalition airpower. Notes From The Field By Simon Black February 17, 2017 Rio Negro, Colombia
I've written before a number of times about the long laundry list of reasons why I base myself and most of my business operations in Chile.
I could go on forever about this, but in short the country presents an exceptional mix of business, investment, and lifestyle opportunities that are extremely difficult to find just about anywhere else in the world.

Colombia ticks many of the most important boxes.
