Hello Everyone,

Let us review what has happened this last past period and in this ongoing saga of the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar. Please read the past news letter dated 2/18 to better understand this news of today.

Today's News

Today is Friday Feb 20th and still no RV. We have been waiting for the opening of the 2015 budget and the distribution of allocated funds to each of the provinces. We know that in order to accomplish this they must complete the economic reforms and in particular the currency reform.

So yesterday, Thursday 02/19 out pops news from the Parliamentary Finance telling us that next week all the provinces will see the release of the federal budget funds for the ministries - \ Really ! Like this was a WOW moment for me.

IvoryTickler   I agree with Aloha Alex. So many times we've gotten excited when something appears in the Gazette and but then no implementation follows. That was one of Maliki's principle games.

I do want opinions on something: Do you think an internationally recognized currency will aid or deter the defeat of ISIS in Iraq? Thanks in advance for your responses.

DreamWeaver    Thanks, Tlar, for your post.   Have a question for you. Apologize in advance if this was spelled out previously--either in discussion or by you--but, I'm just not connecting the dots here.

Why make it public, with an article, that they are sending a plane load of dinar to Anbar? Is it because people are expecting payment and they are assuming it is large notes?

My phone has been busy and it does very much look like we are on the short side of this thing right now.

That being said we have been at a nearly any minute scenario for around 4 years now it seems.

Try to stay grounded and do not count on this to rescue your bacon! I have no doubt we will see it soon but I like most of the intel world have been wrong on occasion....

I can tell you that the wizards behind the curtains have been busy and I have seen tremendous progress.

What degree of cold would constitute an ice age? I mean an ice age to someone else may be a cool winter to me. I'm just working from the Trivium level though.

Gails Waters FEBRUARY 16, 2015 AT 9:10 PM The price of oil deflating could be a response by oil producing nations to a "heads up" that the future of energy isn't only by means of oil but by means of competition by other sources such as new technologies that should bring energy prices to levels of the early 1950's.

Personally I don't see war as a result of the accumulation of oil reserves, it is more about increasing the value within the SDR for anyone nation.

Oil will still be a valuable commodity even in the face of new competition so why not grab it at the best price available

Robert Professor: I wonder what Bulldog might say about the IMF voting rights and that the US agreed to changes in its percentage back in 2010, but the Congress has not finalized that decision. Is this something that needs to happen before the reset of currencies?

Answering the question of Robert Professor:

I have come to the conclusion that the government system: whether its federal or world is 'tainted to a farther degree than originally thought'. Everything boils down to 1. money 2. power. What politicians do is legal; if its Suzy Secretary or Charlie Corporate doing the same, they are prosecuted.

There are 'no true rules being followed here'. Its a power and money grab by Big Boys World Wide and they do not want to relinquish their power/strangle hold: whether its the Rothchilds, Kennedys, BIS, Bankers, IMF, 3 letter orgs, & any/all Government Hierarchies. Few are ever prosecuted. The Bankers are just 'eliminated'.

Iraq is being at this moment de-dollarized. All Iraq zeroes should be off the streets in prep for the Lower Denoms. Gazette is official at any moment. That's just part of the story.

[Arthur] There is not some special Gazette where they keep secrets. The Gazette is the Gazette and there obviously is no budget in it yet because when it gets there the whole world will know that the budget is then legal, implemented and open and in the process of being distributed.

The very fact that the budget has been signed and agreed upon but not yet in the Gazette tells us there are further steps that are still needed.

These steps they are trying desperately to get done by Sunday earliest. Several two and three letter agencies are working feverishly with the GOI and the CBI to get this done.

We have to remember this is way bigger than just us few dinarians wanting a pay day...this is big international business which needs this done immediately if not sooner but according to international protocols and mechanisms that make it legal and permanent.

Well this morning we await sight of a budget.....as other things take place around Iraq....wait for it...wait...that is until Sunday...we should see the budget printed.

Wasit: guarantees for foreign companies

It sounds like the Wasit province is getting their A game together and committing to foreign companies by preparing a strategic plan that based on what they know of the 2015 budget will bring assurances of payment to these countries for their work on province projects.....they claim their security levels within the province are good and are being maintained by security forces and local clans.

19/02/2015 11:14 Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: detection of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives member Haider Mutlaq, on Thursday, that the launch of the federal budget for 2015 by the Ministry of Finance to all ministries will be early next week, pointing out that the financial crisis will be overcome in the event of rising global oil prices.

He said Mutlaq for "tomorrow Press," that "there is a deficit happened in the month of January last for oil sales, which did not provide all employees state salaries," adding that "this month and after the rise in world oil prices provided Iraqi oil exports, all employees of the Iraqi state salaries and ruled the winning difference between salaries and sales. "
