So....IMO....this month of February is setting up the first half of 2016....you understand that....this is a very critical month....the things that have been accomplished....the GOI is done...they worked on that in January....in February they are working on the CBI....you know darn well what they are going to do in March.
This month of February is setting up for them that by the end of the first half of 2016 they will have removed the distortion....the issues of confusion within the CBI to allow the international currency to come into Iraq and freely float within the country of Iraq....
That is Article 8....they will allow them to come in because they are going to lift the value of their currency....they are reconstructing and they are reforming their currency.

MArco says(): Millionday said last week they hve to mcomplete Article 8 before end of month. If they don;t do that don;t gove any credibility to ist half of 2016.
None because no deadline has been met so first half of 2016 has been said about a 1000 times so far by guru's , it means absolutely nothing. Article 8 will either happen or not and if it does we are good. If it does not don;t look to the ist half of 2016 thing eiter. It is just another string along.

Maliki cabinet reshuffle will be announced during the month
23/02/2016 10:26 | Direction Press Special / MP for the coalition of state law, Abdul Salam al-Maliki on Tuesday, said the coalition supports the cabinet reshuffle announced by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.
Maliki said in an interview for "trend-Presse," The State of Law coalition is open with other blocs in order to achieve the issue of cabinet reshuffle, describing the current cabinet ministry Patchwork because of the reforms that have taken place in it since the period after the cancellation of a number of ministries and merging ministries with another.
He added that there are some ministers in the current government they are some negative indicators and must be changed, stressing that the change of some ministers became a duty to work with the Prime Minister, starting from the top and down to the different state institutions as "bodies, agencies, consultants and general managers."
