10 things that prove Iraq is stepping on INTERNATIONAL ground:
#1 - IBAN...every bank has IBAN numbers - allows them to transfer money in/out
#2 - SWIFT CODES...these numbers...part of the international world
#3 - MASTERCARD...(and Visa)...they are all over the place in Iraq
#4 - CHAPTER VII...IMO...is 90% gone. The other 10% is the RV of their currency.

There is no argument that the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK is the Creditor and not the Debtor.....to the tune of at least near 20 Trillion......
The UNITED STATES is the DEBTOR not the Creditor......

Think about the UNITED STATES..... they are in DEBT (20T).......majority to the FED.......not the other way around.....

Kuwait momentarily adopted the Iraqi dinar during the Gulf War, and later pegged the Kuwaiti dinar to the U.S. dollar. However, it's been free-floating since 2007. In 2013, it became the most expensive currency in the world and it still stands in that spot.
