Blaino: WELL... It looks like "the mailman" got his own 'special delivery'.... We are seeing some additional indications late this afternoon from the bank where we get a lot of foreign currency information. There remains a distinct posibility that something... May break loose ... Sooner rather than later, MEBBY... Just any rate, i have 2 things going ON....

1. My usual positive expectancy and

2. A feeling that the flu is flirting with a short visit to my internals.... Mehopes that deal goes south in a hurry! The waiting is a taste of hellish frustration.... And so much worse when your "feel good" is on the FRITZ... SO... An rv now would sure go a long ways to helping all my problems fade away like an elusive dream upon waking... In the mean time, be of good CHEER.... We are miles of 'markers' ahead of where we were last year! See you tomorrow...

10sguru)Blaino! Why would meetings be occurring in Reno?

putzbunny: Blaino my WF PB keeps telling me once they get call  we get PB rate.

Blaino: putzbunny YEP!

putzbunny: Blaino and he knows how many people and how much... Like whale numbers. So he won't let us walk away.

 Blaino: putzbunny EXACTLY!

Purifyers: "2 Highlights"  Iraqi TV told their people that their currency would soon have POWER to it.
LD's were given to a merchant and he was told that he was "allowed" to start using them today. (paraphrasing)   And.... MUCH MORE!!!!!!!

[Capt Ron] novemberwhiskey so are your sources any more 'up' today than usual?

[novemberwhiskey] Capt Ron yes for the most part, befuddled a bit.. seems everyone is scratching thier heads.

[Capt Ron] novemberwhiskey ok

[novemberwhiskey] Capt Ron from what i understand the back door meetings have picked up pace again by all the bloc leaders.. i would like to have a bug in some of these..

[Capt Ron] novemberwhiskey roger that

[Capt Ron] novemberwhiskey i continue to be concerned about the pressures of the overall m.e. strategic situation...specifically the increasing risk of a premptive strike on Iran by the IAF.

[novemberwhiskey] Capt Ron part is the US admin, trying to lead from behind, kinda like trying to push a rope, ain't gonna happen.

[Capt Ron] novemberwhiskey if you pick up any further scoop today/tomorrow, we can count on you jumping in here with it right away, right?

[novemberwhiskey] Capt Ron first place i'll be

[Capt Ron] not that i want to exert any pressure or anything.

[novemberwhiskey] Capt Ron i work better under pressure

3-11-13 SocalDinar: Iraqi Politician Attacks Central Bank Corruption. "The controversial Iraqi Sunni politician Ahmed al-Alwani, who is president of the Economic Commission in the Iraqi parliament, ridiculed the notion that if Anbar province gains autonomy, its economy will be weak because the province lacks essential economic resources. He said that large Iraqi provinces can attract a lot of investment.

(Continued....) Alwani believes that "some political parties are giving cover to some private banks in Iraq to withdraw foreign currency from the Central Bank with false documents. I will not deny this charge, even for figures who are with me in the Iraqiya List, but I do not have the documentation to prove it."

Alwani said that "some political figures are definitely implicated with a number of private banks in the auction. The proof is that these figures have valuable accounts and real-estate properties outside Iraq.

TLAR: Punisher, the budget just got done. Its done and a majority of the MP's voted on it. There are cry babies of course but there was sure to be. Every block thinks their needs are more important than the other blocks because truly they still think sectarian even though they are all eveolving to become Iraqi's as we have American's. It just takes time..

The budget sets up the HCL as another major piece of legislation that is now readily in sight. The amount of revenue to be shared by Kurdistan and the provinces is structured within the budget and Kurdistan is now assured to receive its 17%.

Kurdistan has been the road block to finishing the HCL. Arguments that have ensued were always about the amount that Kurdistan was to receive. As late as a month ago Shahristani was trying to reduce it to 14% which was the main sticking point.

SHREDD: The possibility for the dinar to be traded exists but for it to be recognized by institutional investors is bigger than that. Today, the activity in this space on any dinar-denominated debt is silent. Why? Well, imo, for one, Iraq is not a member of the WTO. Also, the dinar being managed is a huge part of it. For these reasons, investors are largely (but not entirely) staying away from these trades.

[rsp1] That being said...what do we look for?

[Shredd] rsp1 imo, an exchange regime that is fair......a market driven rate and wto membership

[rsp1] Do they have to be a member of the WTO first, or can it happen before hand Who sets the exchange regime?

[Shredd] what's funny is the driving factor is on an investor by investor basis tolerance but these investment houses have strict guidelines based on their controlling holder's wishes and the governing documents that they adhere to

[Robertprofessor]  I think the rest of the world wants to change how all countries do business, but the US does not want those changes.

[greasee5] Robertprofessor you mean the US bankers

[Robertprofessor] greasee5 I cannot think of any time in history where the loser of a war enjoyed the spoils.

[Diogenes] Robertprofessor Do you mean the Government of the US does not want those changes?

[Robertprofessor] greasee5 Yes, US banking system, fiat currency, US dollar supreme, these things the rest of the world wants changed.

[okrocks] whitelions just not announced yet is all... they are on stall tactics just like we are...imo but you already know mo lol

[greasee5] Robertprofessor exactly, but in this case, they sort of do, freedom, eventually financial independence, and so on

[Robertprofessor] The changes that I think are coming does reduce the US, probably, because it makes international commerce take place more evenly. Therefore, the resistance.

[Duguid] Robertprofessor : " True Dat ".....jmo

[greasee5] Robertprofessor most of us do also, we know

Ask any respected voice in the personal finance community what the number one thing you should do to get your finances in order is, and the chances are very high that they'll say you need to start by developing an emergency fund.

For instance, Dave Ramsey, author of the "The Total Money Makeover," has this as the very first step in his Seven Baby Steps.

Because if you ever lose your job or are otherwise unable to bring in an income, the emergency fund would be your go-to source until you get back on your feet.

So how do you go about creating your emergency fund? Here's a step-by-step guide to help you. (See also: Emergency Plan: Better Than an Emergency Fund)

The Great Recession of 2007 drove home the common-sense notion of being prepared. Specifically, it gave a lot of traction to the idea of having a 6-8 month emergency fund.

Today, nearly every financial advisor parrots the same call - everyone everywhere should have months and months of living expenses socked away in an easily accessible account.

But is building an emergency fund always a good idea? And does the wisdom behind the advice translate to every financial situation? I don't think so. (See also: Put Off Saving for Retirement)

At the risk of sounding heretical, I humbly assert that every financial circumstance is unique and creating a hefty, low-interest, immediately-accessible emergency fund might not be the smartest way to manage your money.

Here are a few situations where it just might be okay to skip scrimping and saving to build an emergency fund.

[Maryrose] cashinqueen1 sounds to me like it is all good but we do have to have more patience which I am guessing is a precious commodity!! Lol

[WILDDUCK] Maryrose that is a good insight as today after the whoo hah this weekend

[Maryrose] WILDDUCK I just feel it in my gut, things have been progressing very well but as you well know there is no check list and dishonest people live everywhere and they try'n screw with progress. IMHO

[WILDDUCK] the really rough thing with this is the money has been there for weeks, if this was about the rv it would be done, it is not.   it is a world wide reset and repatriation for accounts

[Diogenes] WILDDUCK Thank you. I understand that statement completely. :)

[WILDDUCK] Diogenes excellent, those not looking at reno will

[WILDDUCK] Maryrose yes and some have big names with very long pedigrees and do not like being told they must now sit in the back of the bus

[Maryrose] WILDDUCK ego can be a persons demise

[WILDDUCK] Maryrose you have no idea how big big big an ego is being dealt with imo
