JustinandDeb: Family look at the UN ROE change history for Iraq. They have never updated on the 15th of the month all the way back...to 2006.
I know it doesn't have an updated rate but interesting none the less, pattern broken.

Prudence12: Re JUSTINANDDEB's spotting of the UN Operational Rates, what I found interesting is that they actually put up
March 15th all the way down the column when:
(1) new values on the 15th are statistically rare - you can spot check various currencies, and
(2) they are posting a date
IN ADVANCE as placeholder.
Why not post it on the 14th, which is not a holiday? Why in advance?

Huge stuff it's from ministry of planning....it's the exchange rate information!
NewCreation: NURSEddee I love the last statement: Estimate the amended exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar to be used in technical and economical feasibility studies and for (1.134) dollar per dinar.
Nursedeedeezee: Yes it's at the very bottom of the post...I think this is the "rate" Frank was talking about... Problem is it doesn't specify when it goes into effect however Frank26 was talking about them working on the numbers...
