Bayati: There are situations enrich obscene appeared on some politicians and officials

He said National Alliance member Abbas al-Bayati said the phenomenon of corruption is rampant in dictatorships and democracy at both end and connected to the behavior of the community and the administration.
Bayati In an interview with "direction," said the former regime did not vacate the corrupt and money speculators and real estate inside and outside Iraq.
He said al-Bayati said corruption appeared to the surface because of the difficult economic situation that Iraq is going through. Indicating that after checking out that there are corrupt favored at the expense of public money and there's money is spent in scope and maturity.
Al-Bayati said that there are cases of obscene enrichment of some politicians and officials appeared suddenly and can not be enriched this came through natural growth of the money.

ABADI HAS ALREADY REMOVED ABOUT 70 OF THESE AND IS STILL WORKING ON CLEANING THE CORRUPTIONS. THE BONDS ARE TO BE ON SALE ON TUESDAY [MARCH 15TH], THE STOCK EXCHANGE IS TO BE ACTIVE AND TRADING ON TUESDAY [MARCH 15TH] ONLY TIME WILL TELL.
MY QUESTION WHO WOULD BUY A BOND AT 1166 TO DRAW DRAW 6% INTEREST on 1/10TH OF A PENNY? they have to raise value to sell bonds PERIOD. TIME WILL TELL?

Jthmh: 9Ball, that's encouraging news. I have been thinking that the private exchanges are being managed a few at a time and with care so that there isn't mass public up rising with a big turn out of exchanges all at once. It actually makes a lot of sense and would be rather slow with the volume of people who are waiting to exchange.
