W8tn4it2rv: MY OPINION....Frank looks like the cat is out of the bag.
IMO at the urgent session of parliament on 3/26, they are going to implement the reforms (Delta stated reforms require the rate) before the drop dead date of 3/28.
Could that be why they are hiding the reform date from US. The foreign delegates will be present to congratulate them on their accomplishments
.Since Mosul will be liberated in March, but not announced until April. That means they can change the rate close to the timing of the reforms (3/26), but may take up to 2 weeks (4/7) for the rate to post or banks to be ready. That's why Mosul will be announced in early April.
Please remember this is MY OPINION

Tank: this morning is when I was told the rv would show, I thought it would show some other way, but the money movement at the banks started at 6:30 AM AND THATS A Pretty good indicator that exchanges on some level were making the banks show up in the green.
This now confirmed by three sources, money has been moving completely in the green starting at 5million$ per minute, and last I checked was up to 10million$ per minute and at a higher percentage of profit at about 6:40Pm EST! What could possibly be happening today that money of that magnitude is doubling in volume and efficacy in 12 hours?

Beamer: The RV cannot be done until the New United States Notes (USN) has been activated. Currently, the USN is already in circulation and in the banks digitally but not activated.
The activation of the USN is essential prior to the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar and currency redemption within the US. It is in agreement that the USN will be the first asset-backed currency in the world thus initiating the Global Currency Reset. from here >>

Phillyman: Will Iraq pass amnesty law that could pardon terrorists?
March 18, 2016 BAGHDAD - Although the political blocs in the Iraqi Parliament agreed to pass the general amnesty draft law, voting on it has been delayed since the beginning of the current parliament's term in 2014.
This delay reflects the concerns of competing political parties in the Iraqi Parliament, as some believe the draft law would lead to the release of terrorists or criminals, while others want their jailed leaders and comrades to be freed.
Salim Shawk, a member of the parliamentarian legal committee, told Al-Monitor that the draft law was sent to Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jabouri on March 10, and awaits being put to a vote. "The main point of dispute is the inclusion of prisoners convicted under Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law," Shawki said.

Clearing the air
Ok let it be known that the original group was done many years back with the help and expertise of Studley, we ask for certain things through his efforts to Wells Fargo and we cast in our emails with the the assertiveness that we will be contacted via email when the time to exchange would be furnished for the exchanged,that has not changed till this date.
I have my people to back me up
on the truthfulness of my comments since we all did do many a conference calls with Studley and bank personal. I have for many years repeated that silence is of the essence and that once that was to occur then and only then you will see your rv.
But we still see many coming
day in and day out with bank stories while in the mean time our elected bank has been but quite, reason be it that according to our original plan they will professionally contact us only when that correct time transpires and not before.
