Bluwolf: Bottom line all data has been fed, all acceptable rates are in, based on the request of each country, this effect has taken a toll of 7 years and now has come to an end.
The GCR will transpire in a question of days, the international rates are in and no outside source has the power to impose themselves over the accords of economic values of any given country.
What some see are just some specific place holders and its value will change simultaneously reflected both in banks screens and forex.
Should I worry about all of you folks after spending 13 years among you, or may I be in peace knowing that all things said by me has sink in.
I choose the latter, may all be in peace, the rates no one has access to for they have been locked down.

UN and Vatican are in meeting in Iraq today.
Economic conference today in Iraq to introduce the new international coding system.
Parliament is in session today and discussing the accountability and justice law (plus others)
If Iraq don't r/v by April 1, they cannot go retroactive to January 1.
They must complete regulations for foreign exchange by April 1.
USA budget quietly passed and trimmed 5.1 trillion in spending. (YAY for us).
I am now wondering "where" the US will get the monies needed to fund this newly passed budget. (Also the 4/15 deadline for IRS taxes is coming soon.)

And I thought those leaflets were supposed to say "Get your BILLIONS back America"......oops wrong country.....Mosul is your city....Iraq is your Iraq.....the "real armed forces" are very close to you....thousands upon thousands of leaflets were dropped over Mosul to the citizens who remain in the city....rescue is on the way.

House of Representatives vote on the Federal service law and end the reading of four bills
[tlm724] Legal Committee and followed a report on its work during the last period in which its shown to review many of the laws, which amounted to 13 legally have been voted on a number of them
in addition to the Committee a number of visits and web hosting and meetings with state officials and diplomatic missions operating in Iraq and to communicate with parliamentary committees in other countries to take advantage of them in the legislative areas.
The Committee pointed to raise 21 bill for the Revolutionary Command Council for the presidency of the Council's decisions in order to cancel the lack of consistency with the current stage,
pointing to the existence of cooperation with other parliamentary committees on 39 bill in addition to its contribution to the formulation of an opinion on the formulation of laws.
